Gulf Front-Beach Side -Schönes Haus 2680 q ft-Schritt vom Balkon zum Strand

Dieses wunderschön eingerichtete, geräumige Strandhaus befindet sich auf der Strandseite am ruhigen Westende von Panama City Beach und ist direkt am Sand und smaragdgrünen Wasser. Kein Überqueren der Straße oder Vorbeifahren an anderen Häusern, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Das Haus bietet Platz für 13 Personen. (12in Betten und Schlafsofas und Kind auf Liebessitz im Wohnzimmer) und die Küche ist mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläsern usw. für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett befindet sich im Obergeschoss und verfügt über einen riesigen Balkon (10 'mal 30') mit Liegestühlen und Stühlen sowie einem millionenschweren Golf- und Strandblick. Auch Flachbildfernseher und viel Stauraum. Das riesige Master-Bad hat eine begehbare Dusche und zwei Waschtische. Es gibt zwei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, die Jack und Jill Badezimmer teilen. Dieses Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und das andere Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und auch Etagenbetten. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Obergeschoss.

Das Erdgeschoss hat eine super geräumige Küche und ein Esszimmer für 10 oder mehr Personen und das Wohnzimmer mit vollem Blick auf den Golf ist perfekt für die ganze Familie geeignet, um fernzusehen oder Kartenspiele zu spielen. Direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein 10 mal 30 Zoll großer Balkon mit Platz für alle. Das Erdgeschoss bietet Platz für vier Personen auf den sehr bequemen Schlafsofas. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Liebessitz, der keinen Schlafplatz bietet, aber Platz für ein Kind bietet. Es gibt eine halbe Badewanne im Erdgeschoss. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich auf Pfählen und ist nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Aufgrund der Höhe sind die Aussichten auf das Golfwasser und den Sand unglaublich. Wenn Sie den Balkon im Erdgeschoss verlassen, sind Sie am Strand und nur wenige Schritte vom smaragdgrünen Wasser entfernt. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi in Beachhouse.

We had a small wedding on the beach access behind the house as well as a small reception inside the house. The accommodations were perfect for this. We agree that this very spacious home right on the Snow White sand with forever views of the gulf is a very rare find. We are so blessed to own it and are so thankful for those who enjoy it. It is a business to us and we do everything possible to keep it well renovated and updated. Quite simply, we think it doesn’t get better than staying here on the gulfside with unobstructed views of the beach and gulf. The huge living area and two balconies make it perfect for gathering and conversation while making memories of a lifetime.

Beautiful beach home.

Great Beach House!!

Very clean and really close to the ocean. The hosts had great hospitality and were very helpful.

We just love it when guests have time to submit a review. We agree that this property is very rare indeed being so large with parking up to six cars and full beachfront with two balconies view spectacular views of the beach and gulf and only about 60 steps to the emerald green water.

Hi! I’m Beverly. My husband is a retired Coca-Cola bottling manager, and I spent my career in education—first as a teacher and principal, and eventually serving as Assistant Superintendent for Pike County Schools in Alabama. After retiring in 1989, we began investing in rental properties in Troy, a charming college town, and have proudly remained in the residential and commercial rental business for over 30 years.

Today, we also own and personally manage several beachfront and Laguna Beach properties in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. We’ve poured our hearts into these homes—especially this one, which was our personal beach retreat until July 27, 2017. We genuinely care about creating a quality experience for each guest and take great pride in maintaining our homes to the highest standard.

You’ll also hear from my wonderful daughter-in-law, Lyndsay, who helps manage the property and is often your go-to for communication. Between the two of us, we’re committed to making sure you feel right at home.

We chose the Laguna Beach neighborhood because it truly offers the best of both worlds. Tucked away on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, it’s peaceful and laid-back, yet still just minutes from the vibrant shops and restaurants at Pier Park and the scenic communities along 30A.

One of the things we love most about this location is being right on the Gulf—no busy streets to cross, no elevators to wait on, just step off the balcony and you’re on the beach. There’s something so special about sitting on the back deck and watching our grandchildren play in the waves and run across the soft, snow white sand.

The home itself is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area—perfect for gathering with family—with a half bath, convenient storage, and a 10x29 ft balcony that leads directly down to the beach. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry room, and another large balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf.

We’ve furnished this home with high-quality pieces to reflect the care we put into every detail. It’s more than just a rental—it’s our family’s beloved beach home, and we’re honored to share it with guests who value comfort, beauty, and unforgettable coastal memories.

This Gulf-front retreat is a true coastal gem. Perfectly situated directly on the beach, it offers unobstructed views, two spacious balconies, and the kind of layout that’s made for memory-making.

The master suite is a standout feature—complete with a king bed, a large private bath, and its own balcony overlooking the Gulf. It’s the perfect place to wake up to the sound of waves or unwind after a day in the sun. The second bedroom features a beautiful queen poster bed, and the third has a king bed and plenty of space to settle in. The living area includes two queen sleeper sofas.

The main level living area offers an open-concept layout ideal for gathering, flowing from the kitchen to the dining and living spaces, and out onto a Gulf-front balcony with stairs leading directly to the sand.

The home has been thoughtfully updated inside and out and is beautifully furnished for comfort and style. With three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and quick access to both Pier Park and 30A, it’s a standout option for families, couples, or friends traveling together.
