Jerry, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We hate to hear that you didn't have a good experience as guest satisfaction is our #1 priority. Unfortunately, Benchmark cannot predict construction plans in the area and therefore cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience as stated in the rental agreement. We hope to welcome you back to 30A in the future for a 5-star vacation! Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Hi Janina, We thank you for choosing to stay with us many times here along 30A! We sincerely apologize that this stay was not up to your usual expectations with us. We did send someone to assist you all with properly pulling out the sofa sleeper, but since it wasn't quite large enough for your grandchildren, she returned with an air mattress to help comfortably accommodate them. We're glad you enjoyed the rest of the unit and the beautiful Emerald Coast views from the patio! We hope to have you all back soon for a thoroughly enjoyable family vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback Andrea. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover that the bedding for the sofa bed and Murphy bed was not available on your first night. We regret the delay in delivering the linens and are sorry that the initial delivery was incomplete. We recognize how disruptive this was to your family's vacation, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to fulfill your requests. We are also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the Murphy bed, the starter supplies, and the household amenities. Our properties are stocked with a starter kit of essentials intended to help guests upon arrival. The contents of this starter kit are outlined in each of our property listings and guest information so guests can adequately prepare for the remainder of their stay. We understand, however, that the supplies provided may not have met your expectations and will share your feedback with the team. Regarding the Murphy bed, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention in your review. Had this maintenance issue been brought to our attention during the stay, we would have happily offered our assistance. We have since shared your comments with the appropriate team so the bed can be inspected. Your feedback is invaluable, and it helps us identify opportunities to improve both our service and the guest experience. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location of the unit, its updates, and the convenient access to the pool and beach. We appreciate your honest feedback and thank you for choosing to stay with us. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

Deanna, thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. It's great to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful outside area and found the unit well-equipped with everything you needed. However, we understand your concerns about cleanliness and encountering snakes, which can be unsettling. We do hope despite the issues you faced that you still had a good time. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else I can assist you with, please let us know! We hope to see you again soon! Warm regards, Benchmark Management
