We understand how frustrating the internet issues were and want to assure you we acted promptly by involving the internet provider to resolve the problem, although their schedule was beyond our control. We also arranged for a hot spot to be delivered to assist you. Our manager did attempt to reach you as requested, but unfortunately was unable to connect. We take all concerns seriously and want to be transparent and helpful. We were sorry to hear about the charge dispute and want to emphasize our commitment to resolving any issues fairly. We thank you for quickly reporting any issues as this gave us the chance to address what we could at the time. We want to inform you that we have made contact with a third party company regarding the dryer as such this should be resolved shortly. Our maintenance team will also be doing necessary checks on the refrigerator. We have also taken your comments regarding the remote controls into account. Please note however that we had no report of this during your stay; we would have happily sent someone from our team to provide assistance. We do apologize for any inconvenience these aforementioned issues caused during your stay but can assure you that they should not be an issue for future stays!
