Hi Vance, thank you for staying with us at Blue Nine. We are so happy to hear that you found the location great and that the beach access was perfect for your group. We also thank you for your positive cleaning remarks as our team does their best to prepare the units for guest arrival. On the other hand, we are truly sorry that the internet service was not the very best during your stay. Please note however that although most of our units have access to the internet, the service is not gauranteed as it is provided by an outside vendor as well as other factors. Due to the service being provided by a third party we have no control over their work schedule. It was our hope that it could have been rectified during your stay as it is always our aim to fix any issues guests have as quickly as possible. We are truly sorry that the company did not show up until after your departure. In regards to the issue with the pests, please note that we take reports of pests very seriously and treat each report with urgency. We thanked you for bringing the issue to our attention and we immediately reached out to the pest control company, again; due to them being a third party; we have no control of their schedule. They did however indicate when they would come. We informed you of this and asked for permission for them to enter. We truly apologize for the inconvenience the aforementioned issues caused during your stay. We want to assure you however that all issues have been addressed and should not be present for future stays. We truly hope we can welcome you again in the future for a much better experience!
