With stunning views of the Emerald Coast, Into the Mystic is a high-end, gulf-front paradise, ideal for couples or small families.
The second floor has an exquisite primary suite, king, with private bath and a gulf-front balcony, which includes seating and a swing bed, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. The guest room, king, also has a private bath.

On the main level is a half bath and laundry room. The fully stocked chef's kitchen includes marble countertops and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV, along with gorgeous views of the Gulf. Past the sliding glass door is the beachfront patio, with another large smart TV, a dining area, and comfy seating. A wonderful space.

Our family had a great stay. The location was perfect, the condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the view from the bedroom was amazing! The beach access was perfect as well! We loved it !

Perfect location and beautiful home

Views are breathtaking and can walk right out onto beach. Top appliances wolf stove top and subzero fridge. Beautifully decorated home. Beach chairs with umbrella set up on beach every morning. Can’t wait to return!

Good location

The condo was not clean when we arrived. Dishes dirty, hair in beds. The cleaning crew needs a shout out. The owner took care of it right away . The location is awesome though. Was a good place other than the cleanliness.

Top Notch Amenities

This home is furnished with sub zero fridge, wolf microwave and stove, comfortable living area, very comfortable beds, and beautiful walk in showers with nice fixtures. These items are certainly not needed in a home but they definitely enhance the serenity of being on vacation! It's a must. Book it!

Lovely Condo on the beach

We loved our stay at the beach in this beautifully furnished condo (beds are comfy & kitchen has top of the line appliances). It is directly on a private beach - no dragging chairs, towels, & beverages any distance. The rental includes chair service, 2 chairs, small table, and umbrella, which was a bonus. We loved the location, close enough to ride bikes or walk to shops, coffee, farmers market, & ice cream, but far enough away from busier areas, like Rosemary Beach, to get away from crowds. If you are in need of a true full 3rd bedroom, be aware that the level 3 loft is small with low ceiling and up a tight spiral staircase. We did not need this space so it was no issue. We will definitely be back !

Everything was clean, working well, etc. The only problem I had, the management company fixed right away. (Master bedroom blind wand was missing when I got to the unit). The only complaint I would have is the confusing cooktop. Very high tech and difficult to use. I had to text the management company just to find out how to turn it on. But - I’m not a huge fan of high-tech appliances. So, wonderful stay and excellent amenities. I’d rent that again - loved the white sand beach, gorgeous water, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets!

Easy walk down to the beach for all day quiet enjoyment of a private section of 30a beaches. Caution!!!!! This townhome is marketed as a 3 bedroom that sleeps 6. This listing is illegal and is in violation of fire code. The 3rd bedroom is in the attic. It has no window, is very difficult to get to and the ceiling is so low you cant stand up. If there is a fire, your family member will die and there is no way for them to escape or a rescuer to get to them. There are electrical problems in this unit. During my stay, power to the main floor was lost, then the next day power to the second floor was lost. An electician was dispatched each time to work on the circuit breaker panel to work on breakers that repeatedly cut off ( a sign of electrical problems.)I am a general contractor by profession and compliance with building code is my area of expertise. This unit and how it is marketed, leased and managed is dangerous. Please stear clear of this unit. I have reported this unit to the fire marshal and law enforcement. I dont know what will be done, but for you sake, go elsewhere. Vacations are a time for happiness, joy and togetherness. This unit is a dangerous.

We understand that upon your arrival, you were frustrated with the bonus room, as it did not meet your expectations. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to relocate you to another property managed by Oversee or provide a full refund if you booked an alternative option with another management company. Unfortunately, you declined all offers to ensure your satisfaction, which is our top priority, and chose to stay at the property for the remainder of your visit. While here, we ensured that any maintenance concerns were handled promptly, and each completed report from the technicians indicated minimal to no concerns. We hope this clears up your concerns and that you were able to enjoy our beautiful beaches and the incredible views this home has to offer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay. The property is in the perfect location and beautifully decorated. The rental company was a breeze to work with. The only complaint we had is that the place had not been cleaned very well before our arrival. The floor was filthy and very clearly had not been cleaned (covered in dead bugs, hair, crumbs, etc). There was also a lot of crumbs and mess in the fridge. Fortunately the important things (sheets, towels, bathrooms) were fine and we were able to take care of the other stuff ourself, even though we feel that shouldn’t have been something we had to worry about. Oversee did offer to send cleaning back out, which was appreciated, but we felt that wasn’t worth waiting around on and wish it had just been done correctly in the first place.

Looks pretty, doesn’t function well

The place was very pretty, great location, beautifully decorated but missing some basic amenities like comforters on the beds. There were no proper comforters and no throw blankets at all. The pocket door on the 2nd level was off the track and could not be shut for privacy. It was sitting on the floor. There were 2 loose rails on a very precarious spiral staircase which is a safety hazard. The blind in the main room was not functioning properly. The master toilet handle sticks and runs constantly. The thermostat automatically switched from a cool temp to 76 degrees in the middle of the night. The sliding glass doors are extremely difficult to open. Surround sound didn’t function in the main room—very difficult to turn sound on the tv at all.

In response to Covid, we have removed all large comforters and replaced them with smaller blankets for easy laundering after each guest. Beachfront = Winning

First time we stayed gulf front and I highly recommend the experience. Chairs and umbrella included - very convenient, beach not crowded in this spot, and it was awesome to be so close to the water. Even on rainy days, we could still enjoy the view. Comfy beds, sufficient hangout space thanks to the awesome back porch and upstairs balcony. Nice appliances (sink was fab!), and pretty much everything you’d need to cook/entertain a family. Nice decor. Really impressed with Property manager’s professionalism and responsiveness - 5 stars there. We enjoyed our stay, and it’s the kind of place I would stay again, but…I gave four stars because there were a few things that didn’t work or weren’t as advertised. For example, the outdoor TV wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed because the equipment was housed in locked cabinets. No pantry space (also locked), so countertops were crowded by our groceries the whole time. Grill was advertised in the listing, but there isn’t one for guest use. (Doesn’t seem like a big deal, but we grill a lot on vacation and I may have chosen a different place based on this alone.) Last, it says it sleeps 8, but be advised that the bed in the converted space is a full-sized bed in a small room with a tight spiral staircase, so really only fits one smallish person or two tiny ones. Overall, really nice place, and with a few small tweaks, Into the Mystic would definitely qualify as a perfect paradise.

September 2022 Stay

We were initially a little frustrated with the cleanliness of the place. The fridge was full of crumbs and the floors were absolutely filthy (hair/dead bugs etc). That being said, they were things that were easily taken care of and ended up being a minor blip during our stay. Fortunately the big things (sheets and bathrooms) were perfectly clean. Aside from that, we had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and couldn’t be in a better location. Oversee was SO easy to work with and the checkin/out process was a breeze.

Room for improvement

Everything was great although the bedding needs deep pocket sheets - the ones you have kept flipping over .. Kleenex tissues would have been much appreciated , more kitchen trash bags , bigger hand wash lotions. Also more dishwashing pods - downstairs tv was locked out to Netflix -,other then that we are happy to give excellent reviews - the views are breathtaking , we also appreciated the umbrella & chairs were put out for us to use & the young man was very prompt & cheerful - our stay in the home was wonderful -have already shared the link to this home with all our friends ! ,

Gorgeous views, amazing location & beautiful interiors!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Growing up I would come to Rosemary Beach every spring break and now that I’m an adult, I still love to visit. This was by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in town. The interiors are beautiful and aesthetic and the view is breathtaking! Nothing beats staying right on the water. The beach is also a private beach which was nice not to have too many people fighting for the view of the water when on the sand. We enjoyed the location the most. We didn’t have a car, but biked around town and not only was it so peaceful, but it was so convenient to not have to park anywhere! Highly recommend visiting the Rosemary Beach Farmer’s Market on Sundays— one of our favorite parts of the trip!

January 2022 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo right on the beach. It was just a few steps to the private entrance to the beach. This condo has great views of the ocean from the kitchen, family room, master bedroom and porch. The condo was beautifully renovated with gorgeous modern kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has luxury appliances and is fully stocked with all essential equipment to cook and serve meals. We enjoyed watching the sunset on master bedroom balcony with our wine and cheese board sitting on the porch swing. We look forward to coming back to the beautiful views and elegantly renovated condo.
