 Hoch oben auf einer der höchsten Dünen entlang des Scenic Highway 30-A im Wohngebiet Seacrest Beach gelegen, ist dieses hübsch eingerichtete 3-Schlafzimmer (3. Schlafzimmer ist Loft) mit 3 Bädern die perfekte Wahl für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub. Mit 1800 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche ist es geräumig genug, um eine achtköpfige Familie unterzubringen.

Unglaubliche Aussicht vom Wohnbereich im zweiten Stock und vom Hauptschlafzimmer im dritten Stock.

Der Zugang zum Strand erfolgt direkt durch die Hintertür oder Sie können sich in unserem Pool von der Haustür aus erfrischen. Nutzen Sie den 30-A-Rad- und Wanderweg, um zu den örtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Freizeitaktivitäten an den Stränden von Alys, Rosemary und Seacrest zu gelangen.

Location was great. Kitchen and bedding was clean. Other furnishings were considerably old and dirty. We had an issue with AC and management contacting back to repair it. Also some bugs, esp a big roach. They said they would send pest control but never did.

Found management to be helpful and easy to communicate with. The condo was well appointed and the location was great. We would gladly return. Our only issue was with the sliding screens. There are two, and neither one would stay on its tracks.

The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out was simple. We would definitely come back. We liked the location outside of Rosemary Beach but close to town. The beach is immaculate with great chair/umbrella service and inaccessible by the general public.

Very Nice

This is a great location. The sounds of the waves make it very relaxing. Property is clean as described. Those who plan to cook, know that there is nothing stocked, not even salt or pepper or even coffee filters. In addition, the management team seems very strict, threatening charges if not checked out by 10am (we got out at 9:56), or disposing of trash. They also locked the thermostat, though it was still cool enough for us. They seemed very concerned, that they only provide one roll of paper toweld and limited toilet paper for guests. The master bed mattress needs replaced as the divot in it made my wife sleep with her head at the foot end. It had about a 4 inch foam topper that made it very soft. Whoever cleans or preps the rental were fantastic! The place was spotless, and the attention to detail on things like folded linens etc. was delightful.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived at our rental just before 5pm which we booked through with a confirmation number and a code, called customer service to check in only to be told my name was not in the system and she hung up on me. Luckily I went to the office for help, met Alaina, she was very helpful and accommodating. She confirmed that my room has a guest already who checked in the day before, she called someone at benchmark, also was very helpful and friendly, found us another rental which was an upgrade and much cheaper. Overall it turned out to be a great spring break and would definitely do this again but would book through and never use again. Thanks Alaina you were a life saver. Olu.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked this property because the property had a pool and was close to the beach. We received no notice that the pool had been drained for repairs, and the management company offered no solutions to this problem. Also, the property was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. There were ketchup stains on the floor of the kitchen and sand all over the living room furniture. Not sure where the excessively high cleaning fee is going, but it didn’t result in a clean property. Overall, the stay was ok. Proximity to the water made up for uncleanliness and lack of working amenities.

In fact, our records show that you sent us a message after checking in, stating everything was well, except for the pool being out of service. We would have gladly addressed any cleanliness concerns had we been informed at the time. Regarding the pool, we apologize for the inconvenience. The pool and its maintenance are handled by the HOA, and we were not informed it would be unavailable for a few days prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we do not have control over such matters. Great location, needs a through update.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in the perfect location! We’ve stayed at Blue Tide units in years past, but this one does need a good run through. The floor with the bedrooms and master is leaning from the stairs over to the bathroom, bed room areas. This continues all the way up to the loft. The loft is very musty. Ceiling is coming apart and my kids ended up opting for the couch instead of staying up there. We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed by day 3. The washing machine has permanent black mold spots. My son is allergic to mold, we tried scrubbing it out but it’s stuck in there. Overall the location is perfect, just some things that need to be looked at.

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Seacrest at Blue Tide. It was so close to Alys and Rosemary to enjoy those areas, but far enough away to not be bothered with the crowds. Pros: * Love the space this condo offers! Plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out. * Fantastic access to the beach!!! The balcony stairs lead right out to the stairs down to the beach. * Wine fridge was so nice to have. * Quiet! So quiet here and secluded from the big crowds. * Only 1.3 miles to Charlie’s Donuts. ;) Cons: * Cleanliness. Whiskers on light switch plates in the bathroom, dirty soap dish, dirty bathroom counters, carpet stains, dust on fixtures and bathroom mirrors. The entire unit needs a deep and thorough cleaning. However we felt confident in clean sheets and towels and so it was a wonderful stay. * Kitchen. This is not a cook’s kitchen. You get one dish towel and one hot pad. No dish rags, no oven mitts. We had to use beach towels to take things out of the oven. Not enough coffee mugs for everyone. Not even a spatula to flip pancakes! I had to use a large grill spatula for pancakes one morning.

Your cleaning remarks have been taken into account and passed along to the proper parties. We have also informed the relevant team regarding the kitchen utensils and cookware. Please note that the kitchens are usually well stocked with these items. If you had reached out to us during the stay, we would have made arrangements to have them dekivered. Beautiful views from Blue Tide 3B.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Blue Tide. Blue Tide 3B has beautiful views of the ocean. We found it clean and it had everything we needed for a nice stay. I am sure we will be back. The Benchmark Management Personnel were very nice. The condo was comfortable and inviting.
