Dolphin Watch # 4 bietet einen stilvollen Komfort, der Ihren Geist beruhigt. Mit einem offenen Hauptwohnbereich können Sie die Aussicht von jedem Zentimeter dieses Stadthauses genießen.

Der Hauptwohnraum verfügt über eine freifließende Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Sitzgelegenheiten für fünf Personen an der Frühstücksbar.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Plüschmöbeln eingerichtet, auf denen Sie sich entspannen können.

In der Master-Suite, die mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche ausgestattet ist, werden Sie mit Sicherheit das R & R erhalten, das Sie verdienen. Den Flur hinunter finden Sie ein Gästezimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett. Ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet.
Zwischen diesen Schlafzimmern befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsbad.

Beautiful property, gorgeous views, well decorated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware so we could have a meal in and enjoy the space. The stairs down to the beach were in good shape and even had small benches at each level where you could sit and enjoy the sunset.

Great Christmas Vacation - House Perfect!

Dolphin Watch 4 has a specular view of the Gulf, and easy access to the beach down the boardwalk. The house was comfortable for cooking and dining. Sitting outside on the porch and watching the waves in the morning and counting the stars at night was a wonderful experience.

PROS: We absolutely loved the location and the conveniencey of the property to the ocean!! Very neat little place. We had a great time! CONS: The place needs to be bombed for roaches. I will never again use VRBO. I PAID THEM A FEE FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I STILL HAD TO HANDLE MY OWN TRANSACTION WITH BOOKING MY ROOM THROUGH 30A ESCAPES.

Nice sounds of waves

I enjoyed it and my husband said it was perfect also but for 5,000 I thought the porch would have an umbrella so you could actually sit outside and enjoy the view. You couldn’t really see the ocean except for the left side bc the walkway you wanted it to be overgrown so no one could see inside the den but in the pictures it looked like the whole deck was able to view the ocean. Just get a nice umbrella for the deck.

Your property is a gem! My dad is a contractor (retired) but is still a handyman and kept finding things he wanted to fix or make better for you, but we were so I awe of the beautiful view and location and the remodeling you have done is just lovely. We would def love to stay again, and my dad wanted to let you know he could help if you ever need, with remodeling and any fix it’s! (He kept wanting to smooth the lines in all of these sheet rock 😉) he is just old school and said workers now all cut corners 😊 Thank you for a wonderful spot where we created family memories!!

Great view but needs some maintenance

Overall this was a great place to stay. But if I’m leaving an honest review there were a few issues. The place was smaller than we expected and the bedrooms were very small. Not much room for any luggage at all. This would be a great place for a single couple to stay but not a family with children - especially small children. The view is stunning and the location is great - however the stairs to the left felt very unsafe. We also spotted at least ten large cockroaches during our stay. The water line also broke and leaked all over the floor. Overall it’s a lovely place to stay. And if you want amazing beach views and access it was a 10/10.

Great location with quick access to the beach; however, with being so close came the critters. We killed multiple roaches and large spiders which was unsettling with small children/babies during our stay. In addition, the rental could use many small touch ups and repairs. One of the sliding doors would not slide, including most of them also had moisture issues and rust all over them. Inside, many cabinet trim and shoe molding/base boards were all loose or not sealed/caulked, potentially adding to the bug issues.

Great location

Loved the location and the easy beach access. Publix is about 5 min away and tons of restaurants within 15 minutes. Didn’t like the fact that beach towels, chairs, umbrella or a pack n play aren’t included. I appreciate the outlet covers considering we have young kids! Management wasn’t helpful much. I asked for local recommendations for indoor activities (it down-poured a few days during our stay) and they couldn’t even give me one suggestion. They also seemed rude in their other responses to me. I called a few days before arrival because I sent a package to the house and it got lost. They were of absolute zero help. They told me there wasn’t a mail box for the location and guess what….. there is! Know your property better.

Amazing location right on the beach, open floor plan

I would highly recommend this unit for a family friendly vacation or a small group of friends. The view of the beach is amazing from the fenced in patio, which was perfect for my toddler to keep in view. The air conditioning worked great and/or if you wanted the fresh air to hear the waves you could open up all 3 sliding glass doors - this was lovely. I would give this 5 stars because of the location and the responsiveness of the property management company. However, I am giving it 4 because it needs some upgrading - the beds are way too soft, some outlets were coming out of the walls (not safe for baby) and the cooking ware is shot. In addition, the value is not there. It's pricey and the unit was not fully stocked for every day we were there so we had to purchase dish soap, washer/dryer soaps, paper towels and even toilet paper. Other than that, I would recommend this unit for it's proximity to the beach, the layout, and location to shops, restaurants and activities.

Good location

The good: Beachfront location is great. The beach is just out the backdoor. Location along 30A is also great as it is close enough to shops and restaurants but away from the crowds at those places. Communication is good from property mgmt. The less-than-good: Bathrooms are small and have no countertop space. Storage is limited with one room having no true closet space (has hvac unit and clothing rod removed). Neither is much of an issue for a short weekend trip and/or a small group, but we felt a little cramped and had to partially live out of the suitcases. The public beach access is adjacent to the unit. Not an issue most of the time, but there were a couple of occasions of loud beach walkers after midnight and times that our parking space was used as a drop-off. If we wanted to set up an area at the beach in front of the property, we had to have it out before 7am or it would be "claimed" very quickly due to the access point. Our biggest disappointment, and the reason for a star deduction (or two?) is that the place could use some TLC...cleaning crew missed several significant things, cooktop only partially works, lack of dishes when advertised for 6 people (2 cereal bowls, etc). All of these issues are easily fixed and may no longer be an issue for the next traveler. Depending on the circumstances and price, we would recommend this place. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite right for our family.

Paradise on the coast!

Amazing!!! That's all I have to say. It was exactly what we wanted, on the beach. The patio was absolutely perfect; I could see my kids on beach while sitting and reading on patio. My girls absolutely loved it. And we had friends stop by that were staying elsewhere, and they could not believe the view and closeness to beach. My girls and I have already decided we want to stay here everytime we are at Seaside(Seacrest). Spacious, fully stocked kitchen....can't say enough great things!

Great family ocean front property

We had a great stay and the view from the deck is lovely. It's a great location close and easy access to both Rosemary/Alys beach and The Hub and west of there. Overall the place was in good condition and has most of what you need. The kitchen was pretty difficult to cook in- many missing essentials for simple meals. It was fine but there was a lot of creativity used in order to serve dinner each night. We were pretty disappointed they don't provide beach towels and they don't allow the bath towels off the property. We would definitely stay here again and the property managers were responsive to anything we had questions about or needed.

Breathtaking view

The condo was a little hard to find & the GPS didn't recognize the address, but Google maps led us to it. The first thing you notice upon entering is the view! A wall of windows & doors open to a deck. Steps leading to the beach are literally right outside the door. One drawback to the condo is the lighting in the master ensuite bathroom. It's too dark in the shower. Also the noise from the heating-air unit in the twin bedroom closet wold make sleeping in that room difficult...thankfully, we didn't have to use the room & kept the door closed.
