Great room, great view, great beach. This property has everything you need for a great beach stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Property is a little dated but it did not take away from a great experience. Would stay in this place again!

The condo itself was nice, but the building cleanliness and upkeep left a bit to be desired. Also, the door code quit working an hour before checkout. We were in the process of packing up when we were unable to get back inside to get the rest of our belongings.

Property was as described but beware of the management company and lack of communication. Never got to use the balcony due to construction that we were unaware of happening. Rental company refused to do anything for us, claiming we were contacted but never were. Called about bathtub not draining took 2 days before someone came out. Will never rent again from an owner using liquid life rental management company again

At that time, our team offered you a 7 day grace period to move or cancel your reservation due to the work. We had received messages from you via text both before and after this notice was sent, so we believed you had seen it. I do see where a member of our leadership team also intended to follow up and offer you compensation as a gesture of goodwill from our team. We apologies for the delay in our maintenance team attending to your tub drain. Unfortunately we were still recovering from the large volume of tickets pertaining to the recent hurricane. We're sorry this trip did not meet your expectations, and we hope you will give us another chance to impress you in the future!

This only issue that we had was we got locked out of our unit the morning of our check out so we had to wait outside of our unit for 45 minutes until someone from liquid life arrived to let us in. The technician was very nice though and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, great trip.

Great Property and Great Location to everything

Very clean room and nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Loved the location of the condo as it was close to everything we did while staying. Would definitely stay here again!

Would stay here again

Very nice and clean condo. Comfortable for small family. Has everything you need for a long or short stay. Great view and we loved the amenities that Phoenix V offers. Great location close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great location for families with small kids or even older! Walmart Market is a mile down the road with anything you would need for your stay and it is very close to some great restaurants!!

Family Vacation

Our family all stayed at the Phoenix in separate units. Unit was as shown in pictures and the complex was great for family (we had 3 kids - 1yo, 3yo and 10yo). We alternated between beach and indoor pool as the outside pool was cold for October visit. We loved it and would stay there again!

The property was beautifully decorated with lovely elements of sea life . Bed was comfortable, which is a must for me . Everyone on the property was kind and knowledgeable.
