Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo, but we’re sorry the building upkeep and door code issue impacted your stay. We understand how frustrating it was to be locked out while packing. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your concerns with our team. We appreciate your support and value your feedback. We look forward to the opportunity to provide an even better experience in the future.

Hi Jennie, thank you for your review. You were contacted by text and email on September 10th regarding the construction that would be taking place. At that time, our team offered you a 7 day grace period to move or cancel your reservation due to the work. We had received messages from you via text both before and after this notice was sent, so we believed you had seen it. I do see where a member of our leadership team also intended to follow up and offer you compensation as a gesture of goodwill from our team. We apologies for the delay in our maintenance team attending to your tub drain. Unfortunately we were still recovering from the large volume of tickets pertaining to the recent hurricane. We're sorry this trip did not meet your expectations, and we hope you will give us another chance to impress you in the future!
