Was able to check-in early which is nice. The front door takes a little messing around with to get it to lock, it has to be lined up perfectly. But once you figure it out it’s fine. Hot water heater stopped working but called the emergency number and he walked me through fixing it. I’m now a professional. There is a unit above, it had kids and they sounded like a herd of elephants anytime there were in. Floors were kind of thin it seemed. The location is this place is amazing, views are fantastic, maybe it was the end of the season but the place being clean felt dated. Mirrors chipped, just the details would go a long way for the price they charge. I’m a Bluewater fan and would stay again.

What a beautiful place to stay! Both the location and the home itself were wonderful. The house was very clean, well stocked with everything you might need and was a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Fishing trip

Booked this property a year ago and we weren’t disappointed one bit Perfect location prefect weather and great service couldn’t have asked for anything more. Hope to stay here again with the family.

Great location and incredible view with all glass facing out toward the ocean. We had an issue with the hot water heater that was dealt with quickly and responsively. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful vacation!

Could not have been more perfect for mom’s 80th birthday. The house allowed for family to come eat, relax, and watch the activity on the beach. Great location that was close to the park, shops and restaurants

3 days of fun in the sun

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. It's right on the boardwalk so very close to shopping and restaurants. The property manager was great to work with and responded quickly to anything we needed.

We have been staying in mission beach for years now and this place definitely is the nicest place we have stayed. Location is perfect. We loved every minute staying here. We will return again next year.

We love this property. The location is amazing and really cannot be beat. The only tiny negative is there is a lack of privacy as there are no bathroom doors so the bedroom doors functions as the door to the bathroom and allll doors are glass with shades that can be lowered. Just something to be aware. The management company is top notch and the property is exactly as pictured. We will stay here again.

Property was absolutely amazing. The only shortfall was the open bathrooms in both bedrooms.

Overall the property was perfect. The location was great and ability to open the entire front of the property to the beach was amazing. We had an amazing time.

Like having a cabana on the beach

If you want to be close to the water, this is the place for you! Would have liked a little more privacy in the bathrooms (no wall to the bedrooms) - but other than that enjoyed staying here

Beachfront means BEACHFRONT

We had a quick weekend trip to the Pacific coast and this was a really great place! Everything was very clean and it’s in a fun location with walkable coffee, entertainment, etc. We sat on the patio each night and watched the amazing sunsets. It was great and we’d certainly stay again!

Wonderful stay, directly on the boardwalk that provides some truly interesting people watching opportunities and direct access to the beach. AC in the bedrooms was especially welcome and effective. communications could not have been better; would certainly stay again.

Spring Break trip

We stayed here for Spring Break in late April. What a beautiful condo! The nano wall and the amenities were incredible. The kids loved being able to run out on the beach, play frisbee, boogie board, and look for sand dollars. It's a great location for walking to restaurants and enjoying the beach.
