From the main entry, you'll walk into a spacious dining area that seats ten, seamlessly connected to the main living room. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, and comfortable swivel chairs—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Large glass doors open to one of the private oceanfront patios, complete with a BBQ grill so you won't miss a single sunset.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook at home. In addition to the main dining area, there's a cozy breakfast nook for six, bar seating for six, and a counter-height breakfast bar with seating for four along the panoramic windows, offering incredible ocean views with your morning coffee. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in-unit.

The primary suite features a king bed, mounted TV, and a walk-in closet that also includes a twin bed. The spa-style ensuite bathroom includes dual sinks, a curbless walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.
The second bedroom offers a king bed and mounted TV, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and mounted TV. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or groups, with two bunk beds—one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full.
Two additional full bathrooms are located off the hallway: one with a standing walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo with a deep soaking tub. For extra guests, two queen-sized plush air mattresses are available.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
- Guest Requirements – To comply with HOA and local regulations, the primary renter must be at least 30 years old. For groups made up entirely of adults, all guests must meet the minimum age requirement.
- Occupancy – Maximum occupancy includes both overnight guests and daytime visitors and must not exceed the number stated in your reservation. Exceptions may be made for children under age 2. Overcrowding or exceeding occupancy limits may result in termination of the reservation without a refund.
- Noise – Our homes are intended for relaxing beach getaways—not parties. Please keep music and other noise to a respectful level. Noise that can be heard from 50 feet away is prohibited. Parties, loud gatherings, or any illegal activity may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
- Combination Listings – Planning a larger group stay? Only one approved combination listing may be reserved per stay to comply with local occupancy rules.
