Erkunden Sie den Mission Beach Boardwalk zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Skateboard. Besuchen Sie auch den nahe gelegenen Belmont Park für Achterbahnen und Arcade-Spiele. The house is beautiful - wonderful location and great light. Responsive hosts. But the house desperately needs new beds (all of them), appliances (dishwasher and dryer), and kitchen table. This is a nit, but there wasn’t a sponge at the kitchen sink to hand wash dishes (which we had to do because the dishwasher does not clean the dishes). There was a pretty big and loud party on Monday night in the unit below us that went on well past 1am. We almost called the police on them.

Not sure why some of these items came across as unresolved during your stay, as the owner had just replaced the dryer recently, and maintenance has already fixed the dishwasher since your feedback. We’re also working with the owner to replace the mattresses and to bring in a new kitchen table. Your note about the missing sponge and the noise from the unit below is also appreciated, and we understand how disruptive that must have been. Thank you for taking the time to outline these details—they help us continue improving the experience for future guests. We look forward to hosting you again under smoother circumstances.

Beautiful, ocean front Mission Beach rental

Our stay was exceptional. Located right on the beach, we listened to the waves each night, had a cool ocean breeze, swam in the ocean, walked everywhere we needed to go. The unit itself was well appointed, stylish, and comfortable - everything we needed to cook / grill was there. Check in was easy through the App and management was attentive and quickly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit and Avant.

Great Ocean Getaway

The property did NOT disappoint! You are just step from the sand and ocean. Volleyball courts that our family loved playing. Never left the property from the time we checked in on Friday and left on Monday. Highly recommend!

It was a great trip with family and friends. Beach is amazing. Once we parked our car we didn’t move it till we left, walked everywhere. I would suggest cooking, the view from kitchen is amazing! Only complaint…. We didn’t stay long enough😀
