Fantastic Thanksgiving week stay. We walked the beach every day with our pup and enjoyed the view from the wall of glass doors. Incredibly cozy and comfortable. Debbie was super responsive if we had any questions. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say that I’m just grateful they rented me this Beach house and if it wasn’t for my grandparents knowing the owner I probably wouldn’t have been able to rent it since they don’t rent it out often and I could tell because of all the beauty it has!The minute I walked into this house I can see the ocean right through the glass from one end to the other amazing and what a Wonderful feel this beach house has such a great feeling being inside.When I first walk in to the kitchen with all the high-end appliances, Specially the Italian stove we couldn’t stop cooking and the Corian countertop and the farm sink so beautiful!As I walked through the living room I looked out to the glass wall of sliding doors That looked out to this huge ocean of water...The living room had beautiful high-end couches the fireplace was all River rock probably the only thing left in the house to its original but so breathtaking just looking out those windows everywhere makes you feel like you’re on a yacht on a cruise ship, specially in the master bedroom that overlooks the water. When we Woke up in the morning or we could say was water we just sat there sipping on coffee amazing.Downstairs it’s a beautifully decorated family room entertainment room arcade room gym they even have ski ball game and arcade real games!***This home is a true stay vacation ***

Beautiful property

This house is beautiful! Sometimes when you look at pictures you wonder if they recent or good representation and I can say they are. My group of friends spent a long weekend there at the end of October. We lucked out and got very nice weather for that time of year, so we were able to take walks on the beach and spend time outdoors on the deck. There was plenty of room for 8 of us, and as usually happens we congregated in the kitchen for meals and to hang out. We spent time at some of the local Vineyards which are amazing.

Beautiful bright beach house

We stayed to celebrate two birthdays with friends. The house is absolutely beautiful, very comfortable with plenty of space for a large group. The house is right on the water and although the weather wasn't the best during our stay the view is amazing. I would highly recommend the house for a getaway and the area is fantastic. There's plenty to do especially with all the wineries around. I look forward to coming back.

PERFECT beach getaway!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this gorgeous beach house! Planning a girls weekend, this was exactly what we had pictured and beyond! The breathtaking views of the beach and decor of the house really made the experience extra special. With 8 girls there was plenty of sleeping and bathroom space! The location was ideal and very convenient, especially if you're looking to go to some of the local wineries. We are all looking forward and excited to return in the near future!

beautiful secluded getaway

such a great place with everything you need. Some places skimp on little things like glasses, towels, and other things you dont think of from a kitchen like plastic wrap, utensils, sugar. They have EVERYTHING you need that you might have forgotten. So many rooms everyone had their own. Right on the beach and house is good for friends, family, large/small gatherings. Feels like a house I would put together myself. It's well maintained and cleaned..nothing out of place.

Fantastic getaway!

I stayed in the luxury 6 bedroom with 7 of my best girlfriends to celebrate my 30th birthday (yikes). This charming house was the perfect location for such an occasion. It was clean, modern, and perfectly beachy. All of the rooms were lovely. We enjoyed family dinners and breakfasts, hanging around enjoying the beach from views, a day at the vineyards, and even a fantastic run in the neighborhood (watch out for the hills!). Virginia and Debbie were nothing but accommodating and I hope to be back soon!

A very enjoyable beach front vacation.

We were holidaying from Ireland and our first time to Long Island. "The Diana" exceeded our expectations in that it was so charming, very spacious deck with spectacular view of the sunset and the beach literally on your doorstep. The kids particularly enjoyed the kayaks and fishing rods which were at our disposal for our stay and were never bored. Close proximity to high quality restaurants and shopping made for great location. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer and I have no hesitation in recommending "The Diana" to anybody.

Perfect Weekend!!

We stayed here for my bachelorette getaway weekend. It was absolutely perfect!! The house is beautiful and spacious. The deck is relaxing, and we had a lobster bake outside. Easy to travel to. A terrific weekend had by all.

Great location

Everything turned out GREAT!

Hello, ladies! Everything turned out GREAT! Everyone fell in love with the house, couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous and spacious it was. Most importantly the bride was floored! The entire weekend was a surprise for her and somehow we managed to keep it a secret. We had everything we needed right under our fingertips and this made for a carefree, totally laid back experience. Wine tasting was fanatastic, but getting back to the house the lobster bake was the highlight. Linda and her crew from Custom Catering did a great job, delicious food and great service. The beach house just creates such a mellow vibe. Everyone relaxes the minute they walk thru the door and no one wants to leave! I would recommend the property and especially the two of you to anyone that asks me about it. Thank you again for your patience with me as I continue to apologize about the check situation. Thanks again for all your help and suggestions along the way, it made for an unforgettable weekend! Best- Agnes, Dana (the bride) and 11 other very happy customers :)

Bridal Shower Weekend Getaway

This was one of the best weekends I have ever had! The house was not only beautiful, but also comfortable. We had amazing weather, so we were able to use the grill while watching the sunset over the water. The owners thought of everything - paddle boats, bikes, phone chargers, games, etc. They even put together a list of maps of the area for grocery stores, wineries, and butcher shops (which was delicious! Definitely recommend going to the local butcher). We went wine tasting to some of the cutest wineries, where everyone was very friendly and accommodating to our group of 7. The owners are extremely nice and thoughtful of their guests. We are already planning a trip to come back next year!

Relaxing Vacation Beach Home

My husband and I rented this lovely beach house for 2 nights during the month of August. My sister and her family also joined us for a quick summer getaway. We live in Nassau County, Long Island and were looking for a few days away without the hassle of planes, trains or long car rides The accommandations at this beach house were very comfortable and the rooms were spotless and airy. We really enjoyed the first class location of this home... right on the beach of the North shore of Long Island! My two children loved going out on the sound with the kayaks and paddle boats that were provided free of charge! We also went bike riding in the mornings around the quiet town of Wading River. Everything was so convenient with shops and stores only a few short minutes away. The atmosphere was so relaxing that we didn't mind cooking and barbequing (barbeque included) On the last night, we strolled across the street to a very quaint french restaurant. The food was fabulous and the outdoor bar provided a breath taking view of the ocean. The owners of this beach house were very helpful and courteous. They provided us with directions and advice on all the area attractions. While we truly relaxed during our trip, we did manage to visit two vineyards and sample some local wines! We ran out of time so we are planning to visit this lovely beach house again this summer. My family and I all agreed that this was one of the best quick getaways that we ever experienced. Looking forward to our next visit.

We checked in Saturday evening and rented the house and the cottage. Both were directly on the beach and so cozy from the second you step in the front door. The views from the living room and kitchen are breath taking. We got lucky with the amazing weather. We only stayed for 2 nights my sister and I and our husbands and our 8 teenage children. We took long walks on the beach and spent some real quality time in this blue heaven. The house is so beautiful and each room so well decorated. It is amazing how close to the vineyards the house is but yet directly on the beach. My sister had stayed here with her girlfriends last summer for a bachelorette weekend, I could see why the recommended this beautiful place. I am sure to return and my family will too. Labor Day-Every year

For the fourth straight year, ten very close friends have spent Labor Day Weekend at the Beach House. The view is immediate and incredible, the sunsets are amazing. Virginia and Debbie love their house and do everything they can to make us feel at home. Wading River is one of few low bank beaches on Long Island, is a fantastic community, and is close to Manhattan. There are great restaurants nearby, a perfect beach and country roads for walking or running. The highway to the North Fork wineries is less than a mile away. And, you can swim in the sound. Most of all, the house is the perfect place to hang. It's made for spending time with people you care about. We always end up in the kitchen cooking, on the deck with the barbeque, sitting around the large table, or watching the first week of college football on the HD TV. We've booked next year before we left.

This house is like your own and we love that you all treat it that way and we look forward to seeing you every year. This year, could you not leave the boxing bag upstairs. What a place!

My wife and I brought the family (4 kids, all under 12) to this terrific destination for 2 nights during Labor Day week. The house was everything it was advertised to be, and more. We enjoyed fishing off the beach, and the boys pulled in a fair share of snappers, the girls loved the playground 50 feet from our deck and at night we relaxed around our own firepit on the beach, roasting marshmallows. The house was big, comfortable and immaculate. One of the best parts was the fact that even while we were secluded on our own beach, we were also a 5 minute ride to anything we needed. Great breakfast place right down the road, and we even packed up the whole clan for a morning of peach picking at a farm that was 5 minutes away. Also, the ride was a breeze, 55 minutes from door to ddor and we are on the North Shore, Nassau County. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway. Just don't take our spot for our return trip next summer!

Pictures don't do it justice

The house is open, airy, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The hosts are sweet and accomodating, and only a phone call away. What a relief to not have to drive all the way out to the Hamptons in the summertime! Even coming home on a Sunday evening in August we hit almost zero traffic! My daughter loved the beach, rocks and playground next door, my husband and I loved waking up to the beautiful view of the water and relaxing on the deck and beach.

WOW the Caribbean Islands in Long Island

Waking up in the master bedroom was like waking up and looking out the window of a cruise ship. This is not an ordinary beach house, this one is definitely high class. What a place and so much to do, we had a blast and we will be coming back in September. Thanks Virginia and Debbie for renting this place to us and for the complimentary bottle of wine. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and not have to fly to an island, but still feel like your on the islands!
