Come by yourself or bring the family and/or close friends to this just renovated home on stilts with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The home sleeps 7 comfortably: the master bedroom and a second bedroom both come with queen-size beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle option that can sleep three. There is a separate den with a queen size pull out couch for last minute guests. The open and expansive living, dining and kitchen area is great for spending time together enjoying cooking, entertaining and the never-ending water views. Kayak to the isolated part of Fire Island and swim its pristine water. Get fresh oysters delivered from our neighbor that owns Violet Cove Oysters.

There are endless trails for hiking and bird watching in the nearby 600 acre William Floyd estate. There are fishing options all around the house and Smith Point is perfect for surf casting. Mastic Beach is a small town with a great old school Italian restaurant, an amazing butcher and two great bait and tackle shops. A short drive to Mastic Seafood will get you the highest quality and largest selection of seafood around. If you are planning a more upscale dinner, restaurants in Bellport, Patchogue, or East Moriches are great options.

The house is available year round and makes a great fall retreat or winter getaway.
