709 Sailmaker Sail zloft

Condo was clean and comfortable with a great ocean view and quick access to the beach. Parking was very close to condo with just a couple of flights of stairs to navigate. Pool is located nearby and mostly shaded. My only criticism was grass growing and tree debris lying around the pool. There were also visible spots of black mold on the insides of the pool. Otherwise everything else was fine. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach week

A perfect place for a family getaway. Gorgeous beaches steps away. We would 100% stay here again. Two things: the dishwasher doesn't wash. I think it needs replaced. No one wants to wash dishes in vaca. The very large and active nest (hornets/wasps) right above the front door was concerning. No one got stung so no harm. I did call ans leave a message on Sunday/ Monday and no one got back to me. That would be the property manager thing. It was fine but annoying. Everything about this place amazing. Super clean, comfy beds, plenty of couch seating for those lazy after beach naps.

Wonderful quick weekend getaway

Beautiful place, comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Shortish walk to the beach and beach area wasn’t very crowded at all. This unit/building was more private than others which was nice!

Wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing week in the Sail Loft - 709 SailMaker!. The location was amazing and the condo was clean and well-appointed. Mock's did a great job - the reservation process was great, and the check-in and check-out was simple. We plan to stay here again this summer!

Wonderful stay

This is our 2nd time this summer at Fernandina beach at sailmaker, but first time at this condo. It was impeccably clean, and fully equipped- beach chairs, umbrella, cart, beach toys, board games- you name it! We loved our Labor Day weekend stay. Great view of the beach, not crowded at all- just as we like it. We may be back next summer. 5 stars!!

Love sailmaker location

The street leading up to the condo is beautiful. The section of the beach that these condos are on is quiet and peaceful. The view from the condo is wonderful. You can observe wildlife in the dunes directly below the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze and waves just beyond the dunes. Convenient to everything. Shady pool and short walk to enjoy the beach. I have already booked another stay for next month. The only surprise that I encountered was that the design of the building is such that the balcony is not completely private.

Enjoyable Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Here are some things we liked: - Very clean and updated unit; tastefully decorated, kitchen and bathrooms were all updated with high with nice appliances, and it was well stocked. - Amazing views of the ocean from the main floor. - Very comfortable beds. - TVs in every room, which was great when you need a break from the beach. - Easy walk to the beach, and the beach was very clean and beautiful. Also, the beach was not very crowded...even on Memorial Day Weekend. - Very close to Fort Clinch State Park, which has a fun museum, a remote beach, and some of the best shark teeth hunting we've ever experienced. - Very close to the historic town of Fernandina. We really enjoyed Amelia Island Coffee (for breakfast) and Timoti's Seafood Shak (lunch/dinner). - Close to Jacksonville. We took a break from the beach and took the kids to the Zoo...one of the best zoos we've ever been to. - Parking spot is right in front of the unit. - Nice Publix and Harris Teeter nearby, or Walmart if you are trying to save money. Here is a list of things we didn't like: - We had to leave.

Wonderful Condo

This is our second stay at this condo and we LOVE it! Very very clean. Well stocked kitchen. The decor is beautifully done. Excellent location. Amazing ocean front views. Check in and out process is smooth and easy. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back again.
