We’ve stayed in a lot of beach rentals and this one is now one of our favorites! We all instantly relaxed when we walked in. The beds are comfy - on the softer side but not too soft. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the pantry space and the separate ice maker was great! We hope to be back soon!

This is truly the perfect spot to enjoy Amelia Island. The view is wonderful, the condo is gorgeous, and the area is peaceful and perfect. With three bedrooms that all offer their own private bathroom, closets, and quiet, you can't go wrong. Patio access (beach front) is available from both the master bedroom and the living room. All appliances were top of the line and the ice chest is a wonderful asset. When a problem did arise, the owner was quick to answer the phone and offer a quick solution.

The sound of the ocean sitting on the cozy back patio was chicken soup for our souls. The beds and sofa were dreamy comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated. I would return in a heartbeat!

Great home, excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at Jade's home. It's set up perfectly to accommodate our group of five, which included kids, adults, grandparents. The unit is beautifully designed and cozy. The walk to the beach is less than one minute and the walk to the Ritz, where we were attending a family wedding, about three minutes. Couldn't have asked for a more convenient and comfortable place to stay!

We visited Amelia Island for my niece’s wedding at the Ritz next door in September. The proximity to all the wedding festivities was fantastic as it was just a few minute walk to the Ritz. As for the unit itself, it was perfect and beautifully furnished for my family (all adults). Each bedroom having their own bathroom was so appreciated so that my adult kids and their spouses didn’t have to share one. The unit had everything we needed for our stay; and when we noticed there wasn’t a toaster, the owner immediately had one sent over from the store. What customer service! A small bonus was the separate ice maker that we used quite a lot. We also enjoyed sitting on the conversation set on the patio listening to the waves. We were thankful that there was adequate seating for all of us to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of our day.
