Ich habe mein Herz und meine Seele in diese Villa gesteckt, damit ich diese Villa mehrmals im Jahr mit meinen Lieben genießen kann. Sie werden den Unterschied für andere Villen sehen, die solide und ordentlich vermietet sind. Beautiful and spacious home!

We had a wonderful experience and the house was perfect for our family’s needs. Junior and the owners were very responsive, provided helpful communication and made our stay very easy. We had 6 adults and 3 children ranging in age from 3 to 69. The house provided enough space for all of us to relax and to be comfortable sharing the space. We all enjoyed the pool, game room and resort amenities. The house was clean and conveniently located to the parks, shopping and dinning. My only suggestion is to provide more supplies for your guests. For example, there was only one large bowl and no Pyrex/covered containers. It was challenging when preparing meals. I also wouldn’t mind paying more to have hand soap, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, laundry detergent and other paper supplies. We had to run to the store multiple times. As a traveler, I would have gladly paid to have this included in the cost of the stay versus having to go purchase it all. It would help to make traveling feel more relaxing.

A bit run down

We stayed this time last year as well which is why we booked. The property has not been kept up well. The microwave didn’t work and the carpet was dirty. The real problem was the couches which were so broken and caved in we could not use them in the living room the whole week.

From start to finish everything went smooth. Junior was absolutely amazing to work with & replied to any questions within minutes. The house was exactly as described and worked perfect for a large group. We will be back!

Amazing property

Me and my family just spent a week vacation at this beautiful home. When we made it to the home the property was really hot which the owner was very quick with responding and giving me full control over the thermostat and that instant fixed the problem. Only problem is the table by the pool area is to big to be out there and the umbrella on it was broken so it wasn’t no help when it came to blocking the sun but besides that the home is beautiful and the host was very nice and informative I would definitely recommend to anyone who is traveling with a big family!!

Disney Family Reunion

Excellent vacation home for a small family get together. The Disney parks are about a 20-minute drive with traffic. We did use the toll roads to get back and forth so this could have shortened our times. The pool was fairly warm without the heater, it was late June, so I expected that. The hot tub portion of the pool does not get hot without the pool heater being on which does cost extra a night. We didn't really use it to much though because our focus was the parks. The AC in the home will not go below 72 which was fine during the days however the nights got hot on the 2nd floor. The first floor was manageable at night but the 72 limit is still a little warmer than our family is used to in a refrigerated home. Otherwise, the amenities were great, with an electric kettle and both a pot and Keurig type coffee maker all our needs were met. The younger kids loved playing in the game room for hours while the adults took a break and watched TV at night. This was my first time staying off of Disney property and I was happy with what we got. The neighborhood around the house is actually fairly nice and the clubhouse offered other amenities that we didn't get to try during our stay but would have been fun if we werent in the parks during the day.

Peaceful Stay

The house was perfect! Plenty of space for 2 families to hangout together and plenty of room for each to have their own space. The beautifully remolded open concept kitchen and tv area proved to be the best place in the house to hangout. I would definitely refer anyone looking for a great house close to Orlando without the chaos to book this one.

Vey very good

We ended up at last minute, needing an early check in, due to weather. We contacted the host around 10pm/11pm while we were on the road. He responded so very quickly and had everything ready for us to check in at 4:30 am. I was so impressed with his urgent help and the house was so nice to come into and rest that early. The home was very clean and the pool was so loved by the fam and kiddos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially since we got to stay longer than planned. The neighborhood was great and we walked to the park and lake and saw ducks. It was the talk of the trip. Even though this was our stay before our Disney Cruise, the family talked more about the relaxation and comfort of the home than the cruise and wants to book again when we go on another Disney cruise soon. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place

This was the perfect place for our 3 families. The kids and the adults loved the pool, and the giant kitchen island where all our meals and snacks were made. Walmart around the corner for all your needs. Disney, old town, outlet malls all short drives can’t wait to go back.

Great location for Disney parks

This is a beautiful property, in fairly close proximity (about 20-25 minutes) to all the Disney parks. Our host Junior, was very responsive to any questions I had. The house was clean and comfortable and everyone had a good time. The kids really enjoyed the games room. The community pool was fantastic, but unfortunately had to close at dusk because of lack of lighting. All in all a fantastic vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and great stay

There were seven in our group with an age range spanning six years old to 70. The house is spacious and really well appointed. Everyone really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the games room. Local supermarkets are only a five minute drive away and it's about 30 minutes to the main theme parks. There's a clubhouse with a pool and games room which we wished we'd used a bit more but just ran out of time. Junior is really responsive and answered any questions we had straight away. I'd definitely recommend and we'd absolutely stay there again.

We had 11 of us stay for a week, 7 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 6-8. Property was just as described and everyone really enjoyed the pool, well worth the cost of heating it all week. We would certainly rent this property again.

Our family of 6, (9-71) enjoyed our stay. It was really nice that there were 2 rooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms for the adult couples. And the kids loved the other rooms. The pool heat worked great and the hot tub was wonderful. We did one day at Hollywood Studios and one day at Universal Studios. We found the trip to be about a half hour to each. One day we stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool.
