Ihre gesamte Gruppe wird dieses brandneue Haus mit viel Platz zum Ausbreiten und Entspannen lieben. In günstiger Lage am Scenic 98 in Miramar Beach erwartet Sie dieses Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung und hervorragenden Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.
Sie betreten das Haus, in dem sich im ersten Stock direkt vor dem Eingang ein Schlafzimmer (King) mit einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche befindet. Fahren Sie weiter durch die Gästetoilette und dann in die offene Küche und den Wohnbereich.
Die Küche verfügt über eine riesige Insel mit Barhockern für 5 Personen, auf der Sie ein Festmahl auf dem Gasherd genießen können. Der Essbereich an der Seite bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Entspannen Sie auf dem Schlafsofa und schauen Sie sich abends Filme an. Gleich dahinter befindet sich ein privater, eingezäunter Garten mit einem einladenden Pool! Gegen Aufpreis saisonal beheizt, gibt es reichlich Platz zum Sonnenbaden und Kochen auf dem Grillplatz. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten für vier Personen im Freien sowie eine Golfwagengarage (falls Sie eine mieten möchten) runden den ersten Stock ab.
Oben und oben auf der Treppe befindet sich eine riesige Scheunentür, die zum Retro-Schlafraum für Kinder führt, der in hellen Blaugrün- und Grüntönen gehalten ist und über einen Fernseher und viel Platz zum Spielen verfügt. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über vier Etagenbetten und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche. Auf der anderen Seite der Halle befindet sich die Waschküche, falls Sie sie brauchen. Diese Etage hat auch zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, die den Kinderbereich flankieren, den Master mit einem King-Size-Bett, einem 55-Zoll-Fernseher, Möbeln in Küstenlage, einem Doppelwaschtisch, einer übergroßen Dusche und einem Wasserklosett. Das andere Schlafzimmer hat einen König, dekoriert in Silber und Weiß für ein modisches Gefühl, privates Bad mit Badewanne Duschkombination.

2023 Summer Vacation

The house was very well kept, location was great. Close to the beach, and local restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor grilling. Very comfortable for our entire family. We would highly recommend for other family stays, and look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful home

Our family really enjoyed our stay . The house was so clean and perfect. Short walk to the beach . Only down fall was beach area was a little small for the community but we made it work . Would definitely stay again !!

The Price/Heiden experience

This is the second year in a row where we have stayed at 76 Terra Cotta Way and both experiences were fantastic. The immaculate house is a short walk from the beach and is close to all the great restaurants in the area. We will be going back next year and will choose this listing once again.

First timers

This was our first time in Destin and we were so happy we selected the property we did. The home was beautiful and very well cared for. It was close to the beach but having a golf cart which was also planned proved perfect as well. We felt safe and secure in the area and would definitely stay again. Thank you for the memories!

Family time!

We loved our stay! The house was amazing and had a great feel about it. We didn’t realize we needed TP, PT and pods for dishwasher. We bought extra and left for the next guest. I would recommend this place to anyone and if we visit Destin again, we will be staying here again.

Great relaxing property

We had a fantastic time, even with it being cold weather. The heated pool was great, and the proximity to the beach was nice. The kids loved the bunk bed room, and it was great for everyone to have their own bathrooms! Our only issue was smoke detector batteries going off, and it took several hours to get a response and several more hours for it to be fixed.

Beautiful home!! Everything was exactly as described. Well equipped kitchen, very clean, layout was perfect. Kids loved the bunk room and the backyard pool! The beach was across the street, just a few minutes walk. The wagon in the garage was helpful for hauling stuff to the beach. We had a great time at this home!

Great for family

House is perfect. Clean, spacious and so fun. Would book again. The house in and of itself is perfect. Beach access was close but know that there are many steps and there are restrictions to a certain area. We rented a large cart with chairs and umbrellas. Steps made it difficult.

Perfect house for rest, rejuvenation and fun!

We rented this property with another family and had the best time. The house is gorgeous and perfectly located a short distance from the beach. With private access, and all the amenities you would need for the beach available at the rental or through one of their partners, we wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a glamorous and affordable getaway! The other thing to note is that the management company was beyond attentive and while we only needed their help once with WiFi access, they were immediately available and helped us u til it got resolved. Kudos to their team and process!

Slice of Heaven!

We had 3 generations with spouses and plus ones. Mother/daughter/grandchild and we had enough space to blend (or not). The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need! Unfortunately we threw out a lot of newly acquired food that didn’t get used and wouldn’t travel well with the long drive. Would’ve loved to gifted it to the next guests (condiments and such). We will definitely book this location again, as we want to make this an annual event! I will say, driving to a public access was easier than the walk with all the coolers, chairs etc. highly recommend to PJ’s where they have showers and bathroom accommodations plus beachside food and beverages. LOVE, love…love!!

Wonderful Vacation

The house was really nice and clean. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The proximity to the beach was nice. We rented a golf cart to haul stuff back and forth from the beach making it more convenient than dragging it down the street. The only thing I would say about the house was the back patio pavers were very sandy with black sand. We were constantly trying to clean sand up at the back door (and put a towel down just inside the door to decrease the amount of sand we were dragging in). It was also difficult not to drag the black sand into the pool. Overall, wonderful property and excellent week at the beach!!

Outstanding House

This house is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as we walked in there was a sense of calm that we all felt. The colors and fixtures are all beautiful. The pool and covered back patio are nice to have. The walk to the beach is not bad. However, if you have a ton of stuff to take to the beach I recommend renting a golf cart. The property management company was wonderful. When we arrived we could not find the thermostat code, WiFi password or beach gate access code. Our only suggestion is that that info be in the house. Everything else about this house is amazing.
