• We provide bath towels, washcloths, small courtesy soaps (please bring any additional amenities needed), and a hair dryer for guest use during your stay.



>> Living Area & Kitchen <<

• Our living room area is cozy with accent chairs, and a couch for seating. The couch opens up into a Queen-sized sleeper (where additional guests can sleep, with pillows and linens provided), with Roku-enabled TVs, Hulu Live, and speedy Wi-Fi, entertainment is always at your fingertips.

• Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room. We offer a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. Enjoy sitting together for meals around the table with seating for 8, and at the breakfast bar with seating for 4.

• A full size washer and dryer are offered in the home, in the laundry room right near the back door, with an ironing board & iron provided. A courtesy single use laundry soap is provided, but please bring additional supplies as needed.



>> Outdoor Space & Amenities <<

• The private pool is situated in our fully gated backyard between the main home & carriage home! Enjoy seating, umbrellas, pool loungers, a grill (propane provided), an outdoor shower, and a life-sized Connect 4 game! We provide beach towels for guest use, but please plan to bring any other beach or pool items that you desire during your stay.



>> Tiny Travelers & Pets <<

• We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind (and saving room in your luggage for these must haves during your trip).

• We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 pets with a required pet fee. Pets must be house trained, are not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.



>> Parking <<

• The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, and our COMPLIMENTARY six-passenger golf cart. Unfortunately, we do not offer parking for boats/trailers/RVs at this home. NO streetside or overnight public parking is available, so please plan accordingly before arrival!

• A vehicle is recommended for your trip but not entirely necessary if you plan to enjoy just the "beach house life." Most local destinations can be reached by golf cart, and we offer a FREE SIX-PASSENGER GOLF CART exclusively for our guests. There is public beach access within walking distance, and many other beach access points along Scenic Hwy 98 that can easily be accessed by golf cart.



A few important details to keep in mind when booking our property:

• We do offer pool heating, but this amenity is NOT included in your stay. Please inquire for pricing unique to your trip dates.

• All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

Getting Around:

Getting around Blu Flamingo is a breeze! While a car is recommended, our complimentary 6-passenger golf cart makes exploring Crystal Beach and accessing the public beach a delight. You'll find convenient public beach access within a short walk, and many other beach access points are easily reachable by golf cart along Scenic 98. For those arriving by car, the driveway offers parking for up to 3 vehicles. Please note that street parking and overnight public parking are not available, so plan your parking accordingly. The closest major airport is Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), approximately a 30-minute drive away.
