Wunderbar gelegener Strandbungalow mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad. Im Herzen von Pacific Beach, nur 3 Häuserblocks vom Meer, 4 Häuserblocks von der Bucht und 2 Häuserblocks vom belebten Geschäftsviertel auf Garnet entfernt. Wir haben Fahrräder, Boards und alles, was Sie für den Strand brauchen. Packen Sie also ein paar Koffer, parken Sie Ihr Auto in der Garage und genießen Sie das beste Wetter der Welt!

Helle und helle 2 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Schlafbereichen (ein König (selten am Strand!) eine Königin und ein Ausziehsofa). 50-Zoll-Smart-TV und Highspeed-Internet für Unterhaltung (oder Arbeit ...). Der Bungalow verfügt auch über einen privaten Außenbereich

I stayed here for four nights and it was great. The beds are very comfortable and I appreciated that the parking spot worked out perfectly. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very quick to help me when I asked questions.

We had a great stay at Pacific Beach. It is close to the beach, and we had access to beach towels and beach chairs on the property. The host provided clear communication, and the house was clean. It is located in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Private parking in the back was a bonus.

Great Family Location

The apartment was clean and in a nice location, close to the beach, farmer's market, and places to eat. It could use some upgrades, but overall it we were satisfied with the stay. It would be nice if the windows were more functional to let the cool evening air in, or if the window air conditioners were less noisy. Communication with the host was excellent.

We were mostly on the move and really just slept there, but…Great location. Easy beach walk and close to everything in town. Clean and had everything we needed. A great trip!

Great vacation spot.

Our stay at Crown Point was excellent, Aaron was a great host. Always making sure our stay was going good and checking if we needed anything. There are all the amenities you would need right around the location. Having the beach a few blocks away was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location!

The house is clean and neat, but the real win here is the location. Walkable to beach, grocery store, gyms, coffee shops, bars, and more! Our group needed more towels dropped at the house and the host was quick to communicate and informed me as entries would happen to the house. Was a great stay for a group of 4 adults!

Great stay close to the beach

Few minutes walk from everything and relatively quiet for a family trip. Aaron was very communicative. The place had ac units and parking. No dishwasher or laundry in the unit (there is a communal pay machine) but for a few days at the beach that’s fine. Would stay here again!
