Less than a Block to the Beach! PB Getaway Parking

Summary:

You'll have private use of the entire, comfortable 2bd/2 ba apartment located within a 30 unit community less than a block from one of the most desired beaches in beautiful and fun Pacific Beach San Diego! Views of the ocean out the property's courtyard, you're practically staying at the beach. A hub of some of San Diego's best restaurants, nightlife, and shopping on Garnet Ave are an approximate quarter mile stroll away via the beachfront boardwalk.



The Space:

This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment. The bed configuration is 1 queen bed (1bd) 1 queen bed (2nd bedroom), and we have an inflatable floor mattress to sleep extra guests. The space has renovated finishes with granite countertops, nice, stainless steel appliances, and everything that you need for a stay that feels like home. Plus, the rare amenity that you'll have two full bathrooms - one en suite off the master bedroom! And you'll have one exclusive carport parking space for your use during your stay!



Guest Access:

You will have entire, private access to the space within the apartment during your stay. This is a community of 29 other residences. Shared with the community are all common areas in the courtyard and laundry is shared, coin operated laundry room.



The Neighborhood:

Our Pacific Beach listing puts you right in the heart of the action. Whether you're a surfer eager to catch the perfect wave, a foodie craving the eclectic flavors of beachside eateries, or a nightlife enthusiast ready to dance the night away, this neighborhood has something for everyone. Explore the lively Garnet Avenue lined with trendy shops, cafes, and bars, or unwind at the iconic Crystal Pier.



If you achieve the arguably impossible task of running out of things to do in Pacific Beach, La Jolla is just to the north and Mission Beach is just to the south. Downtown San Diego, The Gaslamp District, Little Italy, Convention Center, Seaport Village, and the Int'l Airport are all approximately only 20 minutes away.



Getting Around:

There are Trader Joe's, Sprouts Farmer's Market, and a Vons in town for all your grocery needs. Most errands can be accomplished on foot. Once you're in, most everything can be reached on foot, and major San Diego attractions are a short drive or Uber away.



Other Things to Note:

Being that we're located within a 30 unit residential community, you'll get to live like a local while you're here. For this, it's VERY important that you agree to be a good neighbor and treat it as if it were your own. Shared areas with the community are are maintained and operated by the building, and we're unfortunately unable to guarantee their availability during your stay. If available, these are courtyard area, the communal BBQ, communal outdoor seating area, and the Hot Tub Jacuzzi. There is not Air Conditioning inside the unit, but we are right next to the beach! TV in the living room is s Roku smart TV. There is not air conditioning inside the unit, but with windows, fans, and the ocean breeze, it tends to stay moderately cool.



The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent. Washer and dryer are shared within the community and are coin operated.
