SUMMARY
Avalon 2 is our beautifully remodeled & professionally designed beach home located in a quaint 4-unit building in desirable South Mission Beach & just a few homes to a surf + swim friendly Ocean & white sandy beach. This convenient ground level unit features 2br + 1ba, sleeps 6 (4 adults max), 1 parking, an expansive outdoor shared patio with seating + shade umbrella + bbq, & beach chairs/towels/boogie boards. *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided.

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Step inside the front entry to a space that is spacious, newly remodeled, & professionally designed with white/gray/blue beach tones throughout. The expansive main living area includes a plush sofa bed & accent chairs that surround a mounted SMART TV.

Windows surround this area that look out to the patio (see Outdoor Features below) & lead to the dining nook & kitchen. The hallway leads you to both bedrooms, featuring our master suite with King bed & SMART TV. Br#2 houses 2 twin size beds, & rounding out the space is a full bath off the hallway (tub/shower combo).

OUTDOOR + OTHER FEATURES
• Expansive ground level outdoor patio *NOTE this space is shared with the other ground level unit. This is the ideal gathering spot for your entire group & includes dining seating & lounge seating, bbq, & shade umbrella
• Beautiful light gray wood flooring throughout, a perfect compliment to the blue/white features throughout
• Ceiling & floor fans throughout to stay cool. *NOTE no a/c
• SMART TV's with live tv in the Living Room & Master Br
• Beach gear…boogie boards, beach chairs, & towels
• *No Washer/Dryer onsite (there are 2 nearby laundromats)

Newly remodeled & professionally designed 4-unit building property with 2 units on the 1st/ground level & 2 units on the 2nd/upper level. The 1st level units share the ground level outdoor patio, and the 2nd level units share the expansive upper level deck. Guests have the option to rent each unit individually or rent a combination of units. Note each has its own separate entry & not connected inside.

• HIT THE BEACH We are conveniently located in desirable South Mission Beach!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beach located just steps away. Take advantage of our complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys.
• SHOPPING & DINING Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• WATER ACTIVITIES If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
• ATTRACTIONS Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.

The unit looked just as charming as we expected, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the cute places along the way, the beds were comfortable and I appreciated having a place to park. Being familiar with the area we fully expected some aircraft noise, we were not expecting to hear as much as we did from the unit above us. Some examples, We heard footsteps from upstairs most of our trip. One evening there was what we believe to be patio furniture being moved above us and it was so loud in our living room that we had to stop our conversation and go for a walk to get away from the noise. Another night after midnight we were all awakened by what sounded like luggage being dragged across the floor and doors opening and closing for at least half an hour. It wasn't enough to ruin our trip but it certainly affected the level of relaxation we could achieve in our unit.

Great house and super close to the beach
We had an excellent stay in Avalon 2. The home was super cute with everything we needed for a great beach getaway. We loved the proximity to the beach. We could walk to the beach in 2 min and the house had everything our 1 year old and my husband needed to have a fun time! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you would need and we had plenty of shower towels and beach towels. We had easy communication with the property manager but really didn't need anything. We received everything we needed to check in and out in an email a few days before the trip and didn't have any additional questions. Would absolutely stay in this home again!

Property was clean and decorated nicely. You can hear the tenants above with every step they take but that is usually expected with with older beach homes.

Great location and quaint house
Property was a bit smaller than the pics made it seem. Cute little place, best for 2-4 people not six, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Pros: super close to the beach and house has 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, and some water/sand toys Cons: Cell phone service for Verizon is horrible inside the house and WiFi can be spotty with multiple people on it. One small towel rack despite plenty of wall space for two more. Kitchen is small to cook so plan on light meals

Great vacation rental!
I thought the space was immaculate. We loved the location- everything accessible (beach, bay, restaurants, bars, etc.)The beds were so comfortable. We had 2 things we thought might make it just a bit better. A floating shelf over the stool for toiletries and an inexpensive full length mirror on the back of one of the bathroom door. Thanks so-much for the lovely stay.
