Beautiful Beach Condo

This condo was very clean and pretty. The grounds were beautiful and the heated pool was great. It was just steps to the beach and a short walk to the harbor where our family rented kayaks and ate at several fun restaurants. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Second Time Renting F204

Our home away from home for the second time. Very much enjoyed staying in the unit as it was perfect for two people for ten days. Enjoyed the location, used the pool and hot tub. Morning walks along the beach up to the Oceanside pier made for a memorable vacation.

North Coast perfection

We have stayed at Northcoast village before and this place was fantastic! The condo was beautiful and airy and the finishes were perfect. We were close enough to the pool to keep an eye on the kiddos but not so close that we couldn't relax with all the pool noise all day. You will not regret staying here, book today!

Perfect for an Extended Stay

Stayed at this unit for nine nights. It was perfect for two people as the unit had lot's of room, nicely decorated and felt like a home away from home. Grounds, Pool and hot tub was great! Beach is a two minute walk which makes this location feel like a four star resort. Overall, an EXCELLENT experience we are coming back in April.

What an amazing stay! The view of the Ocean from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was decorated so beachy and cute with a very comfy bed and linens. The property was so cool with a 22 person hot tub and heated pool. Just s short walk over the bridge to a really cool marina with a wonderful selection of restaurants and a short walk to the beach from there to watch the surfers. We had the best time there and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely loved our time @ Northcoast Village Condo F204. The condo was wonderful, very modern, very clean and had everything we needed also loved the beautiful walk in shower. The view from balcony of the garden and overlooking the pool was spectacular also a partial view of the ocean. On the Sands communicated all the information that we needed to know to have a very enjoyable, relaxing vacation. We will be using on the sands to rent condos at NorthCoast Village for all of our future vacations. It was a very short walk to the beach. The landscaping. pool, hot tab were all so nice. I am recommending to everyone I know. Everything was perfect!

Loved our stay!

We were not informed that there was a parts broken on the freezer of the refrigerator until after we were there and realized that it wasn't freezing. We called and they told us that they knew about it and are waiting for the part. We were very disappointed that we were not informed about it as we were not prepared to be without a freezer. I Also we had ants on counters.

Excellent Location!

Except of a pesky ant problem and some minor maintenance issues within the condo (which were handled as efficiently as possible), we found our home away from home perfect! Plenty of room for a couple, adequately furnished with a full kitchen should you need it. What we liked best about the place was the proximity to the Harbor. Plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from and just a short walk away! We would love to come and stay at this location again!!

Nice Stay

My family and I spent almost a month in this unit as part of a getaway since everyone was remote. The location is great! Right on the beach! Literally less than 5 minutes and you are on the sand! The grounds are immaculate. The staff is constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. The kitchen in the unit looks to be brand new and fit our needs perfectly. Our two kids slept on the sleeper sofa and my wife and I had the comfortable bedroom. The included parking space in the garage is great as the weekends can be difficult to find parking with all the beach goers. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
