Wir laden Sie ein, in unserem ein Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Single-Story-Wohnung mit teilweisen Blick auf den Ozean und den Hafen zu bleiben. Dieses Strandhotel liegt ebenerdig und ist wunderschön dekoriert. Es ist sorgfältig auf Komfort und Bequemlichkeit ausgerichtet und bietet einen einfachen Zugang zur überdachten Tiefgarage. Es bietet viel Stauraum, Wand-TV im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sowie Kabel- und Internetzugang.


Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen, Servieren und Essen von Mahlzeiten, einschließlich Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, Backformen, einen Mixer, Toaster, Keurig Kaffeemaschine, abgedeckte Behälter für Reste und ein paar Klammern wie als Papierhandtücher, Spülmittel, Gewürze und Kochutensilien.

Das vordere Zimmer ist mit einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und Loveseat, Tischchen mit Lampen und einem tragbaren Ventilator für Ihren Komfort ausgestattet. Wir haben auch ein paar Spiele für Ihre Kleinen zur Verfügung gestellt, um es zu genießen, wenn es Zeit ist, nach drinnen zu kommen. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen, und es gibt eine Bar-Setup, komplett mit Brille, Mixer und Eiskübel für Ihre Verwendung. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen kleinen Schreibtisch mit Glasplatte und einen Stuhl, wo Sie Ihren Laptop aufstellen und in Ruhe arbeiten können (wenn Sie sich vom Meer losreißen können!)und Kommoden und eine Nacht stehen mit einer Lampe und Wecker, sobald Sie für die Nacht einkehren. Der Gaskamin bietet an kühlen Abenden Ambiente und zusätzliche Wärme.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen reservierten Parkplatz in einer abgeschlossenen und sicheren Parkgarage. Parkplätze stehen für zusätzliche Autos in der gleichen Parkgarage in nicht reservierten 24-Stunden-Räumen zur Verfügung.

Die Gäste genießen einen schnellen und einfachen Zugang zum Strand und sind günstig gelegen, um alle Attraktionen zu besuchen, die Southern California zu bieten hat, von dieser luxuriösen Wohnung im schönen North Coast Village!

Perfect beach vacation.

We loved it here. The beach was nice and close. We had fun boogie boarding and playing in the sand. Communication was great. I would book here again for sure.

Good for our small family

The complex is very clean and conveniently located on the beach front near the harbor. Our condo had a wonderful view of the harbor. There was plenty of space for our small family with 2 kids.

Our favorite family place to stay

This property is just beautiful! Our kids love all of the fun amenities and the grounds. It feels like you were in a tropical location. The beach is so close and easy to walk to. This unit is gorgeous! Lots of fun details that we enjoyed. It was so wonderful being able to contact the host so easily as well!

Great Oceanside condo near beach

Property was great for family of 4. We enjoyed the convenience of being walking distance to the beach along with all the amenities the property has to offer. Would highly recommend this unit. Host had great communication and was very helpful. questions I had.

Yes our stay was pleasant. My only complaint would be that 2 bikes are included in the picture. I specifically asked the host about the Ike’s because we planned on using them. Unfortunately one bike has a flat tire and we had no way to inflate it. Why offer bikes if they aren’t functional?

Loved it!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying here! Beautiful and comfortable condo and has everything we need! This year we had 3 families in Building F and it was perfectly close to the beach and pool area. I especially love that you come straight out of the garage right to the condo without having to go up and down stairs or escalators. We’ll be back again next year!

Wow what an amazing place

What a beautiful apartment with so much attention to detail. The apartment has everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs, bikes etc. I loved all the little touches and decor. From the balcony you can watch the sun set and enjoy a glass of wine. Oceanside had so much going on and we loved going into the harbour as there is so many places to eat. We would love to return to this piece of paradise in California

We loved staying here! The location was perfect. We especially loved walking straight from the parking garage to the condo- no elevator! The property was clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed. The boogie board, beach umbrella, and sand toys were appreciated. And we enjoyed riding the two bikes along the beach. Our family enjoyed loading up our wagon and easily walking to the Oceanside and harbor beaches. Beautiful sunsets! The pool, hot tubs, ping pong table, and miniature golf were great amenities. The only negative was that the couch pullout mattress was not very comfortable for my teenagers. We left the bedroom window open each night and didn’t have a problem with noise. All-in-all, a great stay! The owner is so great to respond quickly to any questions.

Very nice, missing a few things

Overall this is a nice property and a perfect location for the Ironman and event. 4/5 stars for a few things:- overall property is loud. Those walking above are audible, the train goes by at night, and an elevator alarm was going off all night long despite a call to property management. - kitchen lacked basics like any type of oil and decent pans (super low quality skillet). I would trade the 15 expired spices for even 2 tablespoons of oil for cooking.

‘Beach chic’ in bad need of update

This property failed to meet expectations. The NCV grounds and amenities were very nice. The condo was cluttered with dated junky furnishings. The rugs were worn and dirty. The place had a damp dingy feel and smell when you entered the main living area No instructions to assist navigation of 65” TV with two remotes. The best feature of this property was its’ proximity to the garage for unloadingand quick getaway.

Great stay in Oceanside beach condo

The condo is very nice and updated. We enjoyed the amenities that the complex has as well as the access to the beach / ocean. The area is walkable to about everything you can need, wonderful restaurants, beach views/sunsets etc. Only drawback this year was that the complex had very loud construction going on right outside our lanai so we weren't able to enjoy sitting outside....this went on 6 days a week. This was also problematic as we worked while we stayed here. If not for that, couldn't have asked for a better place.

Family Trip to Oside

We have stayed at a couple other condos in NCV, but this was the best so far! When your wife says, "I want to stay here for a year." should tell you everything you need to know. Very clean, nice sunset views on the patio, and everything you need for a stay. Well stocked with blankets, towels, beach supplies, etc. (Welcome snacks were very appreciated!) The owner is great at communicating, and responds very quickly. Even the parking is a short walk. No elevator needed when lugging in all your stuff in and out. Can't say enough positive things. You should know that you are on the first floor and will have someone above you, but that was never an issue with us. Overall, loved the property and we would for sure stay again. =)

Fun times!!

We loved staying at the Beach chic! It is a cute and updated condo! It is very conveniently located in the complex. The parking is quick & easy and very close to the unit so there is not a long distance of hauling groceries and luggage. A VERY NICE plus for us were the 2 beach cruisers that were available for our use. I didn't realize they could be so much fun to ride the boardwalk! My only complaint would be the pull out couch. Although it was only me and my husband, we were there for the IM event and the 2 nights previous to the event I can't handle the snoring! So, he got the couch and had to pull the mattress to the floor to get any sleep, and that wasn't much better. We loved our stay in Oceanside and the condo and will definitely return!!

Poor communication for an easy fix

The remote control for the light/fan in the bedroom was broken making it impossible to have the fan on in the bedroom at night once the light was turned off. We emailed the owner about it on the first day and didn’t hear anything back until the night before we checked out. Given there is no air conditioning and the bedroom window is directly next to a staircase where people walk and talk loudly at night a fan is a must. We were forced to go buy our own fan. There was a fan for the pull out couch & everything else in the room was functioning. Our large family reunion of over 60 people come every year and I would not recommend this unit based upon poor communication.

I am sorry that this guest struggled. The ceiling fan works, as does the remote, but she just couldn't figure it out, unfortunately. Also, there is a spare portable fan in the bedroom closet; there was no need for any purchase to be made. We provide as many items that we think our guests will need for their stay; unfortunately, this one had a bit of trouble that I wasn't aware of immediately.

Cute condo, great location!

We love North Coast Village! This condo was so cute and had many things that made going to the beach more fun! Boogie boards, toys, and beach cruisers! You could see the ocean from the balcony too. We will for sure come back!

Great beach vacation!

We had a great time at North Coast Village! It's very conveniently located right on the beach and not far from the harbor, pier, downtown, etc. The pool and grounds are just beautiful and there are amenities such as game room, ping-pong, etc. This unit was well-decorated and well-appointed with a nice view of the harbor. The bikes were an added convenience. Next time we will stay longer. The staff was very friendly as well.
