Love NCV! Grounds are beautiful. Jacuzzi and pool were awesome. Appreciated having use of beach chairs! Please let maintenance know the lock is very loose and needs repair.

It was absolutely a magical 3 night stay. We wanted to stay near the action of my son’s beach soccer tourney and it was the perfect location. Great amenities and the unit was so cozy. I’d love to stay again soon but looks like it’s out of our price range but we really had a great stay.

We were caught off guard by no AC. Luckily it drops in the evenings so it worked out ok. Ceiling fans would be very helpful! Excellent location, and property facilities. Loved the few minutes walk to the beach and pool and hot tub were fantastic. Skort walk to several restaurants and shops plus harbor activities.

Great location!! But, there is no AC in this unit. Two fans were available but they were really dusty. The other major dissappointment was the balcony Iron-chairs. One of them was completly broken, tilted and dangerous to sit on (especially for kids). Please change out the chairs and add two more, for a total of 4 chairs on the balcony.

Overall it was a good experience. This was our 4th time staying at west coast village, we really love it! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. As far as this particular condo/rental, it could use some updating for sure. Also, there are no ceiling fans and the condo Was incredibly hot and stuffy! We had to use the floor fans to try to help move air and they were old and falling apart. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken upon arrival. Like I said, it could use some updating and some TLC.

My stay was great. Location, property and amenities were great. The condo was dated but clean. Lots of stains on the carpet and the shower doors don’t really work. I was nervous the glass door would fall out and break. But overall for what I needed the condo for work out great and I would have no problem renting again.

The pool was right out our balcony and you could see the ocean a little bit to your right if your on the balcony . We had a bit of a fight with the shower door and with water temperature. Door was super old and felt like it might break when you tried to slide it and water temp went from cold to scorching while showering .

Our Condo was perfect from the balcony overlooking the pool area, the corner balcony from our hallway with a view of the beach sunset to the great secure parking. We were also super close to the base to get my son picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. As well as close to food, shopping and the pier. The room even came with two fans which was perfect for those of us that need the noise to sleep. We will definitely be back!

The complex is amazingly beautiful. The location is excellent. Communication with the host was great. The unit itself had an old smell I had to mask throughout the stay. The floors of neighbors above were extremely squeaky, so if they are up at 5am so are you. Lastly the pool and jacuzzi were not the cleanest.
