We’re glad you found the condo clean, nicely updated, and convenient to both the pool and beach, but we’re very sorry the lack of a screen and the unusually heavy mosquito activity made your stay uncomfortable. We also apologize that you did not receive the follow-up you were expecting after contacting our office. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially while traveling with young children. Your suggestions regarding a sliding door screen and blackout curtains are thoughtful, and we will be sure to share them with the owner for consideration. We also appreciate your comments about the pool noise and lighting. The condo’s location near the pool is convenient for many guests, but we understand that it can be less ideal for families trying to settle young children in earlier in the evening.
