The property could have been cleaned up a little better but not terrible. I really have a problem with the property management team. Called twice and got the same answer both times, let me call maintenance and will call you back. Regardless to say no one ever called back and maintenance never showed up. Felt like I was getting the run around. No one told us how to do anything.

Had a wonderful weekend trip! Everyone including the dog had fun! The only thing I would change, is the lighting was a little dark. The remote to the t.v was a little hard to read. But not enough that we wouldn't book again. Everything was very clean. The beds weren't too bad either, a little bit more springy than we were all used to, but we all slept well. So peaceful! Enjoyed the hot tub as well! There was a cute little baby bird that had nested in one of the lights by the door. It was fun watching the momma come and go to feed the baby.

Hot tub did not work for most of the time. Time to replace or provide details of no refund policy clearly. Overcharge because graduation weekend at Ohio. Beware. 84 temp at check in. Very frustrating as every cabin has a hot tub!!! In the area
Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten im Mai 2026
Antwort von VrboOwner am 6. Mai 2026
We appreciate your review about your stay. The hot tub was emptied & refilled for cleaning & sanitation purposes prior to your arrival. It does state in our policies that it may be heating upon arrival. Hot tubs heat 2-5 degrees per hour. We never received a call throughout your stay that you were having issues. We advise guests to call us, if needed, as we’re local & happy to help. Our team checked the hot tub immediately after your departure as we had other guests arriving & the hot tub temperature was at 104 degrees. We don’t overcharge for Ohio University graduation weekend. Guests know and agree to the price of the property when going through the booking process.
