Willkommen bei Island Sand Dollar!

Das Island Sand Dollar ist ein gemütliches, einstöckiges Strandferienhaus auf 3 Ebenen, das Platz für bis zu 9 Gäste bietet. Das Island Sand Dollar wurde aktualisiert und bietet einen Blick auf den Strand zu "Across the Street" -Preisen!

Neben der besten Aussicht auf den Golf bietet das Wohnzimmer zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten mit einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und einem großen Flachbild-TV und einem DVD-Player. Gleich hinter dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Granit sowie einem Wäscheschrank mit voller Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer auf der Westseite verfügt über ein komfortables Kingsize-Bett mit großem Flachbildfernseher, Blick auf den Golf und eine Schiebetür, die sich zur Sonnenterrasse am Strand öffnet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt auch über ein eigenes Bad mit gefliester Dusche.

Am anderen Ende des Hauses befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Wanne / Dusche. Das Etagenbett hat ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und das Queen-Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen TV, Blick auf den Golf und eine Schiebetür, die sich auf die Sonnenterrasse öffnet. Die Sonnenterrasse am Strand ist ein großartiger Ort, um tagsüber den Blick auf den Golf zu genießen und nachts die endlosen Sterne zu zählen.

Nach einem Tag am Strand spülen Sie in der heißen / kalten, geschlossenen Außendusche ab und lassen Sie es sich in der schattigen Lounge unter dem Haus mit einer gemütlichen Hängematte und zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten gemütlich machen. Ein großartiger Ort, um die Sonne zu genießen und trotzdem die Brise des Golfs zu genießen.

Der Zugang zum Strand ist direkt über die Straße über einen Sandstrandweg. Weniger als 20 Sekunden zu Fuß finden Sie Ihre Zehen im Sand! Wenn Sie angeln gehen, bringen Sie Ihren Fang zum Grillen mit. Wir haben ein Fischreinigungsbecken mit Schlauch und einen Park-Holzkohlegrill für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Und vergessen Sie nicht Ihre vierbeinige Familie: Wir erlauben bis zu 2 mittelgroße Hunde mit Vorabgenehmigung für eine Steuergebühr von $ 75 + pro Hund.

Island Sand Dollar is a cozy family beach house. Great access to the beach, which had a gentle drop off. The kitchen was exceptionally well set up. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed.

We loved the house! Great location, well stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable. There was a veach wagon, chairs, beach toys and beach towels available for us to use. The beach access was just across the road and took only 2 or 3 minutes to get from our door out the the beach! We will definitely stay again!

Great Beach Cottage

The property was great. Even though across the street, you could still see the water from the porch

We had a great time on our first trip to St George Island. And we enjoyed our stay at Island Sand Dollar very much. The House was very nice and accommodating for our family. We loved being able to watch the dolphins each morning and afternoon whether from the front porch or on the beach which was only steps away from the house.

Amazing location steps to the beach

The location of this property was just amazing! Steps from the beach and ocean views when you wake up! The property was clean and was well stocked for a VRBO. I would stay here again and I would also recommend to others. There are steps, so if you're not able to use steps this could be a difficult property.

Very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed except a garbage disposal. Loved the sitting area and hammock under the house. Short easy walk to the beach. Thank you!

The property was perfect for my husband and I and 1 another couple. This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at the Island Sand Dollar and was just as impressive as it was 4 years ago. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed to cook dinner with. The house was perfect and spotless and we will be staying again. Thank you for listing it and allowing us to stay there. BTW I replaced the batteries in the bedroom & my husband repaired the handle on the toilet. TY again!

Perfect size, perfect location, great value

My family of 5 includes three young children. The house was perfect for our family size, and we loved the easy beach access! The kitchen was great, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and the hammock below the house was a huge hit. It felt so homey that my kids didn't want to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great house at a great value on St. George Island.

The living room area was very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils one would need, and the beach decor and furnishings had all the beach feels that we were hoping for. The home is located just across the street from the beach via a sandy path that felt like our own the entire stay. The outside seating on the deck and under the house made perfect little spots to unwind and relax after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay at the Island Sand Dollar again.

Great Stay at Island Sand Dollar - Summer 2016

Don - We had a GREAT stay at Island Sand Dollar (ISD) this summer (14 nights!!). Your house is great! Access to the beach is quick and easy, which is one reason we chose ISD! We especially enjoyed the area under the house with the hammock and sitting area.....a great place to sit, enjoy the breeze and read a book!! The kids loved the outdoor shower!! No complaints, but if I did have one suggestion, it would be to provide some additional cooking items, e.g. a basic oven cookie sheet and a large casserole dish. Again, thanks for allowing us to rent your home and thanks again for a great two weeks!
