Dieses zweieinhalbstöckige BEACHFRONT-Anwesen verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie zu Hause vorfinden. Dazu gehören unter anderem mehrere Fernseher, DVD-Player, kostenloses WLAN, eine Stereoanlage, eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und alle grundlegenden GerĂ€te, Fliesen Böden im gesamten GebĂ€ude, ein Master-Bad mit Whirlpool, große ĂŒberdachte Veranden am Meer, eine Außendusche und einen Holzkohlegrill im Parkstil.

Das Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf den Ozean mit Queen-Size-Betten in den anderen zwei Schlafzimmern. DarĂŒber hinaus verfĂŒgt das Wohnzimmer ĂŒber zwei ausziehbare Queen-Size-Schlafsofas.

Das Haus ist eine rauchfreie und hundefreundliche Umgebung (wir erlauben nur bis zu 2 Hunde, unter 45kg mit vorheriger Genehmigung und gegen eine zusĂ€tzliche GebĂŒhr). StrandtĂŒcher, Sonnenschirme und Liegen vorhanden!

Abiding Place befindet sich innerhalb der 'Gulf Beaches' Gegend von St. George Island. Dieses Gebiet erstreckt sich 2 Meilen östlich und 2 Meilen westlich vom Zentrum der Insel. Lokale Unternehmen, darunter Miet- und GeschenklÀden, Restaurants, Pubs und mehr, befinden sich alle im Zentrum der Insel. Unser Haus ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zu diesen Orten und der historischen St. George Light, Museum des LeuchtturmwÀrters und Lighthouse Park.

One of the bathroom shower/tubs did not drain, and wasn't very clean. Floors were sandy when we arrived. Furniture older and a bit worn. However, proximity to beach was great!

Short but sweet

We’ve stayed at this property before and loved it. Unfortunately we only got to stay two nights due to hurricane Helene, but the property was clean and we enjoyed the time we got to spend there. Hope to return soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for 5 days to celebrate our anniversary. The house is very well maintained and very clean. We lived that it was literally on the beach. Location was fantastic! It was on a quiet area of the beach, yet still very close to the bars, restaurants and shops. In fact we would be only a short 4 min walk on the beach from the Blue Parrot tiki bar, which we would go to daily. Try their “Sandblaster” frozen drink! Trust me you’ll thank me later! We even saw Dolphins daily while sitting on the sand or in the water right in front of our rental. We also saw sea turtles and a large Manta. It was truly a magical experience! St. George Island was rated the #1 beach in the U.S. and I definitely agree. The sand is like sugar and the water is clear with no rocks or seaweed. And you can walk out 50 yards and still be in only 4 or 5 feet of water. We absolutely love this place! In fact we have decided to make it an annual tradition for our Anniversaries.

Beach equipment was delivered, as promised. Very nice beach decor. We loved having our dogs vacation with us. Narrow, steep steps were challenging for our older guests, as was access to the bathtub in the master bedroom. Property is in need of updating, especially the kitchen, grill, and master bathtub.
