Dieses zweieinhalbstöckige BEACHFRONT-Anwesen verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie zu Hause vorfinden. Dazu gehören unter anderem mehrere Fernseher, DVD-Player, kostenloses WLAN, eine Stereoanlage, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und alle grundlegenden Geräte, Fliesen Böden im gesamten Gebäude, ein Master-Bad mit Whirlpool, große überdachte Veranden am Meer, eine Außendusche und einen Holzkohlegrill im Parkstil.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf den Ozean mit Queen-Size-Betten in den anderen zwei Schlafzimmern. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Wohnzimmer über zwei ausziehbare Queen-Size-Schlafsofas.

Das Haus ist eine rauchfreie und hundefreundliche Umgebung (wir erlauben nur bis zu 2 Hunde, unter 45kg mit vorheriger Genehmigung und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr). Strandtücher, Sonnenschirme und Liegen vorhanden!

Abiding Place befindet sich innerhalb der 'Gulf Beaches' Gegend von St. George Island. Dieses Gebiet erstreckt sich 2 Meilen östlich und 2 Meilen westlich vom Zentrum der Insel. Lokale Unternehmen, darunter Miet- und Geschenkläden, Restaurants, Pubs und mehr, befinden sich alle im Zentrum der Insel. Unser Haus ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zu diesen Orten und der historischen St. George Light, Museum des Leuchtturmwärters und Lighthouse Park.

We’ve stayed at this property before and loved it. Unfortunately we only got to stay two nights due to hurricane Helene, but the property was clean and we enjoyed the time we got to spend there. Hope to return soon.

My wife and I stayed for a week for our Anniversary trip. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to get started, and for cooking when we stayed in. We loved the beach front location and can’t wait to return.

Awesome Place!

We had a great time at Abiding Place. The location is perfect for riding bikes and golf carting to all the local restaurants and shops. The view from the living area was breathtaking! Can't wait to visit SGI again!

Wonderful Spring Break

Just what the doctor ordered!

We made last minute reservations for a quick family getaway after my mother-n-law's funeral, and our escape to Abiding Place was wonderfully healing! It was such a bright, happy beach house and the location was perfect! We are planning on making it yearly trip! Thank you!!!

Bday trip

This property is exactly like the online pictures! Right on the beach and a short walking distance to most things on the island. The property was clean, stocked, and easily accessible. The chairs setting out on the deck were nice quality and made relaxing on the desk a pleasure. During our stay a light bulb was out and the property owners called to see if we needed it fixed. Overall a great place to spend a nice vacation. Will definitely be going back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a four-family reunion in 2 homes that were about 4 houses apart. Access to the beach was great! Beach equipment was delivered, as promised. Very nice beach decor. We loved having our dogs vacation with us. Narrow, steep steps were challenging for our older guests, as was access to the bathtub in the master bedroom. Property is in need of updating, especially the kitchen, grill, and master bathtub.

Great Stay On The Beach @ St. George

My wife and I enjoyed our brief stay. The house is “as advertised”…clean, nicely decorated and in good shape. It’s conveniently located near the center of the island. All in all very pleasant. A couple of relatively minor and easy to address issues: 1. We could not get the ice maker to stop making ice, so the freezer had to be emptied every couple of days. 2. The front door to the house does not seal shut so it whistles when the wind blows. 3. The Wif-Fi needs to be upgraded, even with just two of us and a few devices, it was hard to stream on movie. Nonetheless, this is a nice house and has a great location.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this house was fine. It seems like a lot of the row houses are not in great shape and haven't been very well maintained. I guess that's what you pay for. We found several bugs, the sheets had some fresh stains on them and the dishes were definitely not clean when we went to use them. the furniture was very uncomfortable but we spent most of the time outside. if you're looking for a place to spend lots of time on the beach it will do, but if you're looking for a really nice place to stay this place is just average.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for 5 days to celebrate our anniversary. The house is very well maintained and very clean. We lived that it was literally on the beach. Location was fantastic! It was on a quiet area of the beach, yet still very close to the bars, restaurants and shops. In fact we would be only a short 4 min walk on the beach from the Blue Parrot tiki bar, which we would go to daily. Try their “Sandblaster” frozen drink! Trust me you’ll thank me later! We even saw Dolphins daily while sitting on the sand or in the water right in front of our rental. We also saw sea turtles and a large Manta. It was truly a magical experience! St. George Island was rated the #1 beach in the U.S. and I definitely agree. The sand is like sugar and the water is clear with no rocks or seaweed. And you can walk out 50 yards and still be in only 4 or 5 feet of water. We absolutely love this place! In fact we have decided to make it an annual tradition for our Anniversaries.
