Unwind in the spacious living room, equipped with a 65” TV and a sizeable sofa, perfect for lounging. Whip up a tasty meal in the well-equipped kitchen with both a 12 cup drip coffee maker and single cup Keurig, complete with stainless steel appliances and large food pantry. Gather around the dining bar for a feast with family and friends or eat outdoors on the gated, covered deck overlooking the spacious backyard with a peek-a-view of the Gulf of Mexico! A full-size washer/dryer is located just past the kitchen.

The King Master suite offers a large, walk-in-closet, private bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combination, and access to the covered deck. Opposite the King Master suite, is a Queen bedroom which also shares access to the covered deck, the 2nd full bathroom w/ combination tub/shower and the bunk bedroom.

When you're ready for some fun in the sun, head outdoors to take a dip in the private saltwater pool or fire up the grill/smoker. Just off the pool deck, is a convenient, partially enclosed 3rd full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. And with the Gulf of Mexico only 0.2 miles away, you can indulge in beach activities, water sports, or simply bask in the sun-kissed beauty of the coast with a short 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive to the community beach boardwalk via 11th Street.

This home also offers easy access to the Apalachicola Bay via the ‘Sawyer Street Kayak Launch’, just a 6-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the property, where you can launch your kayak or SUP board and explore the tranquil Bay waters. When the day is done, retreat to the cozy, ground level screened-in porch, complete with string lighting, bar and a propane fire pit table – the perfect spot to share stories and make memories with loved ones.

Don't forget FIDO! This home also allows up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.
