The space:

Watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets while you sip your coffee or wine from the deck or master balcony! There is plenty of privacy for you and your family and guests with bedrooms on separate floors. This townhouse has 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 children.
• The lower level: The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. There is easy access to the beach from multiple boardwalks and it’s not far to the nearest pool. Space for 2 car parking area + beach storage unit.

• The main level: Upstairs on the tiled first level, you’ll find the modern open living/dining/kitchen, as well as a deck, a shared full bath and a queen bedroom. The cheery queen bedroom includes a Juliet balcony for catching those Gulf breezes.

• The upper level: On the carpeted upper floor, you’ll find the spacious master bedroom with its private bath and deck, as well as a bunk room with a bunk bed that sleeps 3 guests & a trundle bed and a shared bath in the hallway nearby. It is twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle.

• 300 Ocean Mile is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East End near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach.
