Der Pool und die große Terrasse werden Jung und Alt begeistern. Sie werden die schattige Markise der Scheune nutzen, um Ihr Frühstück und Ihre Mahlzeiten in Ruhe zu genießen. Sie können sich auch in den Lesebereich im Zwischengeschoss zurückziehen.

Diese große Unterkunft, die im Sommer kühl ist, befindet sich in einer vollständig restaurierten Scheune und bietet Platz für zwei bis vier Personen. Es verfügt über eine schön ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und Schlafsofa und ein Schlafzimmer sowie viel Stauraum für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Mit einer raffinierten Ästhetik verbindet die Dekoration das Alte und das Zeitgenössische. Sie genießen einen bemerkenswerten Blick auf den Park und seinen Taubenschlag aus dem 18. Jahrhundert.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Herzen der purpurnen Périgord-Weinberge auf einer Fläche von 3 ha. Viele Wanderwege führen durch die Landschaft.

Wenn Sie mehr schlafen möchten, können Sie auch das Muscadelle Cottage mieten, das sich am linken Ende der Scheune befindet.

Von La Colombière aus können Sie bequem eine Region besuchen, die reich an Naturstätten ist, die für ihre prähistorischen und historischen Stätten bekannt ist und über ein außergewöhnliches Erbe verfügt.

Sie haben Zugang zur gesamten Unterkunft und zum gemeinsamen zentralen Raum von 180 m² mit Zwischengeschoss, der mit einem Sofa, Sesseln, Tischen und Bibliotheken ausgestattet ist, in denen Bücher für Jung und Alt zur Verfügung stehen. Der zentrale Bereich umfasst eine Tischtennisplatte.
Sie haben auch Zugang zum Park und zur Terrasse vor der Scheune, wo Sie einen Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen haben.
Gemeinsame Nutzung des 11 x 5 m großen beheizten Pools von 10 bis 19 Uhr von Mai bis Oktober.
WLAN ist in der gesamten Unterkunft verfügbar.

Sie haben einen Arbeitsbereich für Laptops und einen eigenen Eingang, der nach wenigen Schritten von einer Veranda aus zugänglich ist.

Relaxing and enjoyable holiday

We had a very relaxing holiday in this gite. Olivia and Alain are friendly and helpful and we spent a very pleasant evening putting the world to rights over aperitifs. It is in a peaceful area but close to all amenities, including a very well stocked shop and a boulangerie in Bouniagues, and there is plenty to see and do in the area. The gite itself was very comfortable and clean and the pool was lovely with stunning views. We really enjoyed our holiday.

A pre wedding stay

We stayed at Olivia’s cottage for 5 nights before our wedding in France. We spent the time relaxing by the beautiful pool and it was the perfect place to unwind. A beautifully designed 1 bedroom gite which was perfect for 2 people. Beautifully situated with wonderful views & pool. Excellent shop & bakery in the nearby village The outdoor space is shared with the owners & the 2nd gite.. The Wi Fi connection was not always reliable. The owners were very friendly & welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bon accueil d Olivia et Alain qui sont de très bons conseils pour organiser les visites ou choisir un restaurant. On se serait cru en famille. Très beau gîte plein de charme et au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Olivia et Alain. Leur accueil fut très chaleureux et nous avons partagé de très bons moments avec eux ! Le gîte, très agréable et fonctionnel a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est aussi un atout avec une vue imprenable sur les environs. C’est un endroit avec beaucoup de charme, au calme mais qui permet de rayonner très facilement dans la région, quelles que soient vos envies. Je le recommande sans hésiter et y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! Encore merci Olivia et Alain d’avoir partagé tant de choses avec nous. Fantastic and beautiful retreat with excellent facilities and wonderful host!

We are a family of four and had the pleasure of spending 7 nights in Olivia and Alain’s property. The space was ideal and very well finished with lovely furnishings. The location is idyllic and the setting with the Dovecot and outdoor pool make this truly a great place to relax, swim, sunbathe and enjoy the Perigourd region. Olivia was a fantastic host and along with aperitifs, foie gras and local wine we could not have asked for more. We would come back to stay without hesitation! Thank you!

Beautiful gite for a restful holiday

We spent two very enjoyable weeks in this tastefully designed gite. There was no one else in the other house, so we had the luxury of having the place to ourselves. The owners, who live on-site, couldn't have been more hospitable. We enjoyed chatting with them very much and they were always available when needed, but never intrusive. There are plenty of places to visit in the area - castles, caves, attractive villages and of course chateaux for wine-tasting. Our house was listed as being for four, but we felt that four adults would have found it rather cramped. It was absolutely ideal for two, with a fantastic rain shower and separate toilet and a well-designed kitchen. The swimming pool was a lovely temperature and the water felt very soft. It's not very deep, so not suitable for diving, but that suited us very well. All in all, we would definitely recommend this property!

A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Olivia et Alain, un couple adorable et très accueillant. Nous avons séjourné dans un gîte très agréable et joliment décoré avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer d’excellentes vacances ! La propriété est tout simplement magnifique avec beaucoup de charme : la vie y est paisible avec une vue sur les champs et un joli pigeonnier. Sans oublier la belle piscine indispensable pendant la canicule ! Nous avons passé des vacances idylliques !!!

A beautiful stay in Southern France

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bouniagues, close to Bergerac in Southern France and by the end we were very sad to leave. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel completely at home. The owners were very welcoming and hospitable towards us. The accommodation was very well equipped, a real home from home. The grounds of the barn conversion were a real delight to behold, maintained to the highest standard. It truly is a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful countryside amongst the vineyards. I cannot recommend this place nor the owners highly enough. The weather in April was just right not to hot nor cold. We will definitely be returning to this treasured place again.

We live next to the barn. We Have a golden retriever and a small cat. After an intense professional life in finance and architecture, we devote ourselves toour passions : restoration of old mansions, art, litterature, gardening and vintage cars.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Our property is an ancient farm dating back to 1850 and located in a valley alternating cultures and forests. Coming from Paris Area, we acquired it in 2006, in order to reduce professional activity for my husband as an architect, who settled there when I was still working in Paris. As we did not want to stay in Paris, we chose Dordogne for its landscapes , its housing and its heritage and as this region was not only a tourist place but had an economic life of its own and therefore an authenticity. My husband being still in activity during this life change, it was easier to integrate this new region. We entirely restored the property, preserving the characteristics of its old architecture while highliqhting them with by a modern approach. Having now settled down , we want to share this exceptional place. This will allow us to develop this place and cultivate exchanges with tourists while respecting their intimacy. The space and its organisation allows freedom to everyone without making others feel ill-at-ease. We look forward to presenting our region and its numerous resources.

The Colombiers seduced us for its location within countryside, its view on the valley and its landscaped park. The farm now entirely renovated allies modern comfort and aesthetics. Life place, the Colombiere is a serenity haven. At afternoon end, the dovecot reflects itself in the swimming pool and you will be delighted to take a bath while contemplating the landscape and the rails of the sunset. At night, you will enjoy the lightened dovecot.
