In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Dieses Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Teilblick nach Norden befindet sich im siebten Stock unseres Grande Tower-Gebäudes. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko von dieser Wohnanlage aus ist ideal, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten! Da es sich im Tower befindet, ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand. Dort können Sie unseren weißen Quarzsand und das warme Wasser des Golfs genießen. Das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich des Geräts sind kombiniert, um Ihren Unterhaltungsraum zu erweitern. Ein 43-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-Service sorgt für Ihr Wohlbefinden. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten und einen 26 "-Flachbildfernseher. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewannen- / Duschkombination. Die Küche verfügt über Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, 12 Tassen Mr. Kaffee Kaffeemaschine und Keurig Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Die Terrasse ist zum Golf hin offen, so dass Sie die warme tropische Brise genießen können. Der auf dem Foto gezeigte Pool am Strand gehört nicht zu unserem Eigentum.

Great location, close to everything! Beautiful beach and chair service. We rented bikes during our stay and that was our main mode of transportation. Riding on the beach or road to where we wanted to go.

Great view of the beach and great accommodation. The building is undergoing renovations, so down to one elevator, but it wasn’t bad, only once did we have to wait for any significant amount of time. Easy checkin and checkout process. We had a great week!

Tower - Unit 74

Overall we had a great week at Palm Bay Resorts. On Tuesday the 31st of August we had to spent the day/overnight without air conditioning which resulted in an awful nights sleep and a groggy next day. Security staff was friendly and the bayside pool and spa was amazing. Would consider staying here again.

Gorgeous condo - gorgeous view - gorgeous, deep beach

My husband and I had never been to Siesta Key before. I looked through different vacation rentals and decided on this condo through Palm Bay due to location, view, etc. (I later learned my aunt who frequents Siesta Key always stays at the Palm Bay!) Anyhow! It was an incredible stay with incredible views. Check in was easy and the staff very polite. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach grill was easy to sign up for use. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great girls weekend!

My friend and I wanted a great place to unwind and relax and we had just that! It was just what we needed with the 2 beds and balcony. Loved how the doors/windows opened and our views. It was quiet and we never heard our neighbors. Loved that there were chairs and towels provided for guests! That was perfect! Easy 5 minute Uber/Lyft to the Village for dinner and shopping etc. Everyone was great to work with! Would stay here again next year!

Great Location and view!

Everything was wonderful! Location was perfect and I loved the view from the private balcony! The unit was clean and beautiful. One elevator was down which made it a little harder to come and go. Our Air Conditioning in unit went out and there wasn't anyone around at night to contact to fix it. But besides that it was a great place.

Beds were great, sheets, tons of extra bedding to cozy up with as well! All the utensils, coffee pot options, tons of dishes, extremely helpful during the storm. We loved the view as well. The front office staff were wonderful and as always the amenities immaculate. This is our second time at Palm Bay and I have no doubt we will be back soon!
