In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Diese 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im 10. Stock unseres Tower Building. Der Teilblick auf den schönen Golf von Mexiko und unseren weißen Sandstrand kann von dieser Einheit aus gesehen werden, die perfekt ist, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten! Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, sind unsere Ein-Schlafzimmer-Einheiten für maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Queensize-Betten, festen Matratzen ohne Matratzenauflage und einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet. Die Küche hat Granitarbeitsplatten und ist komplett mit den notwendigen Gegenständen zum Kochen ausgestattet - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnanlage hat Fliesenboden in der gesamten Einheit. Die Terrasse ist mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden und verfügt über Schiebefenster, durch die Sie die schöne Brise der Küste genießen können.

The property is first class. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The location could not be better. The only complaint I have is the unit we were in had very very uncomfortable beds. Also one of the 2 pools were across the street. Other than that this place is amazing.

Very nice accommodations/beach and loved the area

We had a very nice stay in Siesta Key. This was our first time and we loved the area. The condo unit was perfect for the two of us, very clean and nice decor.Loved the view of the beach.

A little bit of heaven!

This condo is in the perfect spot! This stretch of beach on Siesta Key is on a relatively private, incredibly soft white sand beach that allows for long walks or relaxing on the beach as you watch the sunsets. There are great restaurants nearby but it is also not far from downtown Sarasota or near St. Armands Circle. And the condo was just as advertised. It has fantastic views and was comfortable and neat. While we didn't use them, the pool and tennis courts looked inviting. Highly recommended.

Lovely Vacation

This condo was the perfect stay for my mom and I’s quick trip to Siesta Key. Location was great, especially with the trolley stop just a few feet away. The beach was gorgeous and we loved not having to bring our own towels and chairs. The space could feel tight if it were 4 adults, but just right for 2 adults or a family with kids. Can’t wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are a beach lover, this is the location for you. Right on the beach, beautiful view and beach access. Bit of a walk to the pool and street. Main road is where you need go to catch trolley or ride into town. No walkable food or drink places nearby. We did not know this ahead. When “resort” is in description we assumed at least one bar or eatery. Condo is bare minimum so stop for groceries/supplies on way in. Could use a new coffee pot. Definitely recommend staying here.
