It was very nice but I wouldn’t necessarily call it a “luxury” apartment. When we arrived, there were several light fixtures that didn’t work, the radiators were on and we couldn’t figure out how to turn them off, two of the three air conditioners didn’t work (we really didn’t need them however), two of the three TVs didn’t work, the remote for the awning didn’t work (which we also didn’t really need), one of the shower heads was loose and we had to prop it up with a tube to use it, and there was no soap or shampoo to get us through the first day until we could shop for some (a small bottle or bar would’ve been handy). It was great to have a washer and dryer and they worked pretty well but there should be some written instructions to help figure out the settings, and the same also goes for the dishwasher.
All of the above were somewhat minor annoyances but for the price we paid and to call it a luxury apartment those things should be taken care of and everything should work. Also, the bedrooms were very stark and could’ve used a picture or two to warm it up.
All in all we had a good stay but it would’ve been better with a little more attention to detail.
