Diese gemütliche, voll möblierte und ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich im prestigeträchtigen Viertel South of Fifth (SoFi). Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur 2 Blocks von den Restaurants am Ocean Drive Strip entfernt, wo der berühmte Scarface-Film gedreht wurde. Der Zugang zum Strand ist nur den Flur hinunter und das Anwesen verfügt über einen privaten Pool, der zum Meer hin ausgerichtet ist, so dass Sie sich entspannen und entspannen können.

The apartment was okay and matched our basic needs, but it was definitely not luxurious. During our stay, the electrical switch tripped once while using the hairdryer and a second time while using the oven. Both issues were resolved immediately by the hosts, who were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The apartment could have been cleaner and would benefit from better kitchen equipment and amenities. On the positive side, the location was fantastic and very convenient for exploring Miami and enjoying the beach. Overall, the excellent hosts and great location made for a pleasant stay.

Right on the beach and just 2 blocks from amazing restaurants. Beach was a bit off the main path so not too many people and friendly beach staff. Bed was very comfortable and the unit was clean. Owner was quick to assist us with any questions. we hadwe had.

Perfect visit!

Property was just as described! So clean and communication with the host was perfect. Mari was so attentive to any questions we had. I loved the location - just a short walk to all the action but also out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Loved having the 2 included full lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. I would definitely return!

The information and lack of adequate description of the location of the access key made a late arrival (because of flight delay) trying. Had it not been for another guest opening up the front door and showing us where the remote key was located, well ........ We had to help other guests in the next few days with the information of where the remote keys were located.

The apt was ready on time for guest arrival, as indicated in the listing. It's unfortunate that you had a late arrival to the rental as a result of a delayed flight. Makes a first time experience very trying indeed. Detailed instructions including images for a smooth check in are sent prior to checkin. (See other reviewers' comments). Sadly there was no communication with host for guidance and clarification upon arrival nor throughout the reservation Although other guests should have contacted their own hosts, thank you for helping them. Cute and clean one bed on third floor

The unit was adorable and clean. Could have used a few more towels and garbage bags. Had all beach goodies plus the chair and umbrella amenities were a huge plus for us. Location and beach area were great. Maria was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Great communication and easy instructions. The two AC units worked great. Do not take your car you won’t need it. But if so park in the garage at 7th and Collins. Now the building on the other hand was a different story. The elevator was broke, carrying your luggage up 3 flights of stairs in 95 degree weather might be a struggle for some. The pool and pool area were disgusting did not use, but we came for the beach anyway so didn’t bother us. The lobby and hallways smelled of mold. Once we stepped in the unit it was fine.
