Charmante Wohnung im Quartier Latin gelegen - ein Block von der Ile de la Cité und der Kathedrale Notre Dame de Paris. Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße im 2. Stock, kein Aufzug.

Vor kurzem von einem Innenarchitekten renoviert die Wohnung mit Sorgfalt eingerichtet. Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast. Balkendecken und exotischen Holzböden. 35m2 Fläche, sehr funktionell. Diese Wohnung kann bis zu 4 Personen.

- Der Raum ist mit einem Doppelbett (140/200) und einen Kleiderschrank und einige Verstauen.

- Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, eine Toilette, ein Waschbecken und ein Handtuch.

- Das Wohnzimmer hat ein neues bequemes Schlafsofa (150/190) und einen Büroraum mit Stuhl.

Lovely Apartment in perfect location

We had a wonderful and perfect stay in this beautiful, cosy, quiet apartment. Everything was perfectly clean and and it has a very nice and tasteful interior. We walked everywhere because the location is so perfect. Louis helped as find a parking garage nearby where we left our car. Plenty of stores and restaurants just right around the corner. We would stay there next time again :) Thanks for everything Louis!

The apartment location is unbeatable, offering easy access to everything we needed. The host, Louis, was very responsive and available for any questions throughout our stay. This apartment was centrally located, and close to food shops (grocery, cheese, wine, and bakeries) and restaurants. It was a block from the Seine River, five minutes from Notre Dame Cathedral, and close to Metro stops and the RER. Access to major museums was straight forward, by using the Metro, RER, or by walking.Louis, our host, provided an apartment orientation upon arrival, provided restaurant recommendations, and kept in communication with us during our week-long stay.This was our first time staying in the Latin Quarter, having previously stayed in Saint-Germain-des-Pres, and we were pleased with the vibrant neighborhood and the presence of students from the local universities.I highly recommend this apartment, and the helpful host, Louis.

The three of us had great stay. The location of this apartment is amazing. Very close to Notre Dame, very close to a Metro stop as well as restaurants and shops. This is a quiet neighborhood as well. Noteworthy, this is a very small apartment. There are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There is no A/C, and unfortunately it was 100 degrees one day we were in Paris. We had fans, and did our best. Luckily it is a quiet neighborhood as we slept with the windows open every night. It was unseasonable weather.

Phenomenal property and property manager

Louis helped arrange car service at the airport and met me outside the building. He helped carry my bag upstairs and showed me how everything worked. He took us on a walk around the neighborhood and made some restaurant recommendations that were fantastic! He went above and beyond when my backpack and passport were stolen, meeting me at the police station and assuring I could communicate with them. Louis and the property were great and just a few steps to see Notre Dame and walk along the Seine river

Great Apartment

This apartment was situated perfectly for a Paris visit. Close to all amenities and we were able to walk to all our selected attractions. Apartment was well equipped for all our needs and Louis gave us a great overview of the area upon arrival. We would highly recommend and will use Louis again in the future

Cute apartment on the Left Bank

We stayed at this Vrbo for a week in early December and loved our stay! Louis, our rental contact, was very responsive to questions and the check-in was seamless with Pablo greeting us at the rental to walkthrough the apartment and share information about the neighborhood.It had all the amenities needed to cook a meal (which we did make dinner one night for our son, who we were visiting.) The washer/dryer combo was a really nice bonus to have in the apartment. It’s also close to so many restaurants and cute shops (an amazing print gallery is on the street worth checking out, a curated gift shop a street over called Messy Nessy’s Cabinet, and the Italian restaurant, Repiro, at the end of the block is also good too!)The location is ideal and the nearest metro is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment. We were there the first weekend that Notre Dame opened and were sad to not get tickets to see it but a tip from our host, Louis, cued us up and into the Cathedral in the evening for an amazing look at the spectacular renovation of this iconic Parisian Cathedral. This is why I love renting from Vrbo—your host is local and can offer insight into local opportunities you just won’t find staying in a hotel.

Perfect Location for a Stay in Paris

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment in the Latin Quarter. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood on a very quiet street. It’s close to everything including restaurants, a good boulangerie, grocery stores, a local market and several metro stops. Louis is the perfect host. He gave us a great guided tour of the neighborhood and helped us with our luggage when we got a cab to the airport. We would gladly stay in this apartment again.

MAESTRO apartment in a central location between Notre Dame and The Panteon is a beautiful unit. Comfortable and fully equipped kitchen and all other amenities that makes your stay very welcoming. Very close to markets and restaurants. Even, Farmers market on certain days of the week. Close to Metro station all walking distances. The manager, Louis Blanchard is a warm, lovely man, very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Convenient apartment

Pros: great location, walking distance from major points of interest, very accessible to subway, save neighborhood, great dinner options around. Well equipped, great attention and communication from property management. Cons: the building is old with narrow stairs, not too well maintained, a little smelly. The furniture in the living room needs to be updated. In general we had a good stay and we recommend the property in spite of the cons.

Best possible Paris vacay spot!

The apartment is just as pictured - small, but extremely comfortable and attractive, with plenty of amenities to make your stay stress-free and enjoyable (clothes washer, kitchen kit, extra plug adapters, etc.). Not only is the apartment lovely and welcoming, the location is amazing, close by to public transport and lots of key tourist spots (Notre Dame is only blocks away!), but also just enough off the tourist path to feel pleasantly private. And the hosting by Louis was out of this world - he kindly provide a neighborhood tour, advice on how to best get around, assistance with metro ticket purchases, and great suggestions on the best local spots for food and entertainment. 100% perfect stay!

Quiet and well-designed refuge

This is a compact space in a very old building, and it has been remodeled so well and designed so carefully that it feels bigger than it is. It is also perfectly quiet at night, which is impressive given its location in the middle of the lovely Latin Quarter. Close to excellent cheese shop, bakery, and cafes.
