Familienfreundliche Wohnung auf South Padre Island !! In der Nähe zahlreicher Aktivitäten wie der Schlitterbahn. Kommen Sie und genießen Sie die Sonne von Texas !!

Meine Familie glaubt daran, andere zu behandeln, wie wir behandelt werden möchten, in diesem Fall im Urlaub oder für einen Kurzurlaub.

Schöne Wohnung in 121 E Retama, direkt gegenüber vom Strand entfernt. Diese Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer wurde vor kurzem von neuen Eigentümern gekauft, die stolz darauf sind, den Besuch für jedermann angenehm zu gestalten.

Alle neuen Dekor und Geräte. Wifi inbegriffen. Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen und Schlafsofa für zwei Personen bequem. Hat eingebaute Wand-Etagenbetten, die 2 weitere Schlafplätze bieten. (schläft 6 insgesamt). Brandneue stapelbare Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Wir möchten, dass alle ihren Urlaub oder Wochenendausflug genauso genießen, wie ich und meine Familie es tun würden, wenn wir eine Wohnung mieten würden. Wir haben diese Wohnung dekoriert und vorbereitet, als wäre sie für meine eigene Familie. Meine Familie und ich glauben daran, Menschen richtig zu behandeln. Bitte lassen Sie mich nach Ihrem Aufenthalt hier wissen, ob Dinge fehlen, die Ihren Aufenthalt angenehmer gemacht hätten, so dass wir die Wohnung für die nächste Familie verbessern können.

the condo was very disappointing in that it was not clean, and the shower and bath sink would not drain---we had to purchase drain cleaner ---helped some, but clearly a bigger problem. bathroom floor was dirty. a pen rolled under the couch, and came out full of dust balls...under the couch was very dirty.

The check in was straight forward and the condo was great! The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast before we headed out for each day and the condo was a perfect landing place after a long day in the sun. The neighbor was super friendly and gave us some great advice and tips for our stay at the island. Each evening there was some great live music out back we actually enjoyed. Would recommend and would definitely come back.

Affordable, roomy and clean!

I absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean and the neighbors were so nice. The place was super close to the beach access and having a kitchen was a plus. Will definitely be coming back!

This condo was very nice, and the location was great. It was super close to the beach. The host had everything stocked that you would need, and everything was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend anyone to stay here as well!

Close to the beach

The property was just fine, no issues. The street was under construction and workers were there early every morning with noisy equipment. Also there is a bar on the rear of the property so noise until late night and again early morning.

Convenient and Easy Stay

Overall we were very impressed with this property. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to the beach, several restaurants, and other island necessities. The condo size was fine for our family of four and everything seemed clean and well-kept. As mentioned in other reviews, the only real downside was the bar with live music adjacent to this property. However, we found that the music ended relatively early each night and it didn't really impact our stay. We would recommend, however, that if you are a light sleeper, that you bring some kind of noise-making device. Other than that one issue (which is clearly not the fault of the property owners), we would highly recommend this property.

Awesome location. Easy to get to everything. Only one bedroom, but we knew that when booking. There were enough bed options for the 4 of us with the pullout couch and extra bunk beds. Easy instructions to follow. Would stay again. Very clean.

This was a perfect place for a family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds. And everything was so acce

Whataburger is a4 min walk. Beach access is a 4 min walk. Loved the location of this place. Breakfast restaurant was half a mile away. The place itself was very clean and nice. The kitchen had everything. Two tvs. Very bright. Washing machine and dryer inside. Super comfortable.

CONDO NEEDS A DEEP CLEAN AND A LOT OF WORK

When arriving in South Padre, I contacted the owner John Correu. Seemed like a great guy. I asked if we could check in an hour early.. he said no problem. Well, I received a notice from VRBO it was ready (sooner than an hour) so my husband and I went to the condo. When arriving on the 3rd floor, there was a dog and two woman (one smoking) in the non-smoking condo. I explained who we were and they said to come back in an hour. NO PROBLEM (besides the smoking and we love dogs so for dog lovers no problem). When coming back, we tried to access the key that was locked in the door. We had problems and the neighbor next door said.. oh, they left the key with us .. WHAT? Seriously? It was kind of unsettling. The people were very kind but WE HAD NO IDEA SOMEONE ELSE WOULD HAVE THE KEY. I let John know this and he said they were friends with the woman who cleans/watches the place since he is from out of town. Okay, move on. It would have been nice to know this prior to coming to the condo especially since John and I had contact "that day". When entering the condo, it was filthy and disgusting. There was still coffee stains on the coffee pot I had to wash and the walls look like a big party was taking place NIGHTLY. Stains on the walls, dirty hand print marks. The garbage disposal backed up every time you used it. DUST was caked on the windows. The ONLY reason I am leaving this (bad) review is that the owner said he was going to fix everything (I sent him over a dozen pictures) and he would let me know when they were complete and he appreciated it since he does not get out there much. He said he was having someone fix everything in the pictures I sent him and he would let me know when everything was fixed and properly cleaned (I asked him to send me pictures). Well, we have been home a month and nothing. Feel free to leave your contact information and I will send you the pictures. The other thing that others have commented on is that there is a bar directly behind the unit which plays LOUD noise into the night which should probably be disclosed on the VRBO site but really now the owners fault. We will not stay again since we have stayed in South Padre right on the beach in much CLEANER and more "equipped" places for basically the same $$ as we spent here. I hope this helps someone else.

Thank you for your feedback. As promised, the items were fixed. I have sent you pics. I did not appreciate you blackmailing me to show you pics of the repairs or I would get a bad review. Nonetheless, I sent some of the pics to you. There were some items that needed repair, which I am glad were brought to my attention. I would say that I have had two bad reviews out of all of my reviews, most are 5 stars. I wish you the best in the future and hope that you find just the right condo for you and your expectations on your next visit.

Nice place!

The property was clean and well cared for and the neighbors were nice. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short due to winter weather back home. We hope to come back some day in the future.

It was a great place to stay, good communication, and very short distance to the beach. My only complaint and it had nothing to do with the property was a bar at the back of the apartment that had music playing until after 1 am on Friday and until midnight on Saturday until I called the police on them lol

Great communication and nice place to stay

There was another family in there when we arrived due to a mix-up outside of the owners control. The owner was very quick at refunding me immediately and offering to pay for a hotel and even directing me to a hotel for the night and then let us stay in the property the next night at no charge I would definitely stay there again place was perfect for us

Spring Break

Stay was good but condos behind us with the pool we’re playing music and karaoke after 10:00 which I thought was a quiet time. (Had a good laugh but past kids bedtime). Would have liked a little more direction on how to get to beach access and pool. So, we did not get to go into the pool. But over all we enjoyed our time here and definitely want to come back.

Unclean and outdated

We entered the property 45 mins late due to the cleaning lady still cleaning the property. She did not have on gloves or a face mask. When we entered the property it looked as if it had not been throughly cleaned just wiped down. My wife and I had to clean the countertops, cabinet doors, vanity, and mop the floors. The owner was responsive.

I try hard to have an affordable and clean place for everyone. Check out my reviews. He was offered a public service discount which is always available to those who serve us. Sometimes there are those who can not be pleased, however. As you can imagine sometimes, the place had more sand than normal in it so the cleaning crew was a little longer than normal. He is correct that he has to wait when he got impatient waiting he decided to go in before the crew was finished. I can only apologize for the delay. He also failed to mention the horrid condition that he left it in. My cleaning crew had to send me pictures to show me how bad it was. He should be ashamed of treating another person’s property like this. As previously stated, I can not please everyone. He is not welcomed back to my property.

Great family getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation experience due to this condo rental. The owner made us feel like long lost friends that were house sitting while he was out of town. We felt at home in the cozy condo. The AC was cold and the water was hot - perfect for the end of a long day at the beach. The condo is conveniently located near the beach (a quick walk about 2 blocks away from public access). The only improvements I would add were a couple more bath towels (since advertised it sleeps 6 I would expect 6 towels but there were only 4). A quick trip to Walmart solved this problem. I would have loved to have a vacuum cleaner at the condo to vacuum sand as the days went by but the broom worked just fine. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice neighborhood and beautifully decorated condo

This was our second time visiting S. Padre Island and staying in this condo. Once again we totally enjoyed our week. This condo is very inviting with its beach theme and can accommodate a couple as well as a family. The place is very clean and neat. Well worth the money!
