Diese gepflegte, tropisch dekorierte Eigentumswohnung am Strand in der wunderschönen Insel South Padre kann vom Eigentümer direkt gemietet werden. Es wurde geschmackvoll mit tropischen Themen Sommer 2018 aktualisiert. Die Einheit befindet sich im vierten Stock (Aufzug) in der nördlichen Ecke eines Gebäudes am Strand, mit Fenstern an drei Seiten. Sie erhalten einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand in jedem Zimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche, ein Esszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, einen doppelten breiten Eingang und einen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Sandstrand unter Ihren Füßen. Es ist sehr geräumig, fast 1.500

Das Hauptschlafzimmer liegt direkt am Strand und bietet Fenster mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko auf zwei Seiten sowie eine Terrassentür, die auf der dritten Seite zum Balkon führt. Spüren Sie die Meeresbrise, während Sie das große Glas eiskaltes Getränk zu jeder Tageszeit genießen. Eine weitere Terrassentür ermöglicht es Ihnen, den Balkon vom Wohnbereich aus zu betreten.

Sie können den Strand in jedem Zimmer dieser Wohnung sehen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit seinen ZWEI BETTEN IN VOLLER GRÖSSE hat auch einen Blick auf den Strand von einem Fenster und einen Blick auf die Bucht vom anderen Fenster.

Eigentumswohnung ist tropisch für Ihren Urlaub am Strand eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer aktualisieren die Wohnung ständig mit neuen Möbeln und Geräten. Beide Bäder wurden vor einigen Jahren komplett renoviert. Neue Wohnzimmermöbel im Sommer 2018. Außerdem haben wir im Mai 2018 alle neuen digitalen LED-Fernseher in der gesamten Wohnung installiert. Die Küche hat alle neuen Geräte aus rostfreiem Stahl. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit haben wir ein neues Set von gestapelten Wasch- und Trocknern mit hohem Wirkungsgrad in der Küche. The beach view was great, and watching the sunrise was amazing! I feel the kitchen should be organized instead of all the pots/pans/cooking utensils just thrown on top of each other carelessly. I know this is done by the cleaning crew, but if the owners start requesting it, they should do better. 1 of the full size beds was extremely uncomfortable and hard. The others were fine.There's some sand toys in the closet. We left some spices and dishwasher tabs as did others.The pool and hot tub are always nice.We do love to walk to Padre Island Brewing just down the street.Overall, a great stay.

We had an amazing time on south padre island however i think this place needs updating. There was supposed to be a pull-out couch and upon arrival we looked for it and there wasnt one so i contacted the host who then informed us that it had been moved out of that unit and into another which posed a problem for our sleeping arrangments. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and need to be replaced. We also had nonstop issues with the wifi all the way from getting it on the first day to it randomly shutting down and not coming back on. The dishes and cookware are also in need of being replaced. You have to supply your own toilet paper/paper towels/ ect. That being said…The place is very spacious and has lovely views, the pool area is great and the walk down onto the beach is short and the beach is always nice. All in all we had a great stay but there are some basic things that i feel need to be addressed to make this place better.

Cozy beach condo is perfect for family fun.

The location couldn’t be better or easier to get to. Perfect access to the beach. The closest grocery store is only a few blocks away. The guest bedroom is stocked full of boogie boards, beach toys, shovels & chairs. We left a few of ours to add to the collection. The kitchen is stocked very well with pans and utensils. Having a washer/dryer is perfect for families. There are even games, DVD’s & books in the TV cabinet. There’s a little something for everyone. We would love to stay here again.

Nice vacation with tiny problems.

Overall we had a great experience and vacation. The location of the property and pool areas were wonderful. There was no hot water when we went to take showers, which made bathing young children difficult. Also, the dryer wasn’t working so we couldn’t dry our beach towels or really do any laundry. The beds in the guest room were extremely hard. But overall, the condo was very nice and clean.

Condo has been rented all summer. If any issues arise, we usually send a service person as soon as possible to resolve any issues. If you were not getting hot water we could have sent a repair person had you notified us. We were also not aware that dryer was not working. Things do break down occasionally from heavy usage. It is not fair to not notify us with any problems so we can remedy the problems, and just give a bad review instead.

Awesome condo!!!

First let me say the photos don't do this condo justice. It is much larger and the master bath has two sinks. All nice surprises. The updated baths were very nice. The kitchen is big. I could have easily cooked a meal, but I don't cook when I'm on vacation. This is a very clean, well kept condo and it smells terrific. We loved walking to the beach everyday(takes 5 minutes) and waking up to the beautiful ocean. The beach was never crowded. It's a perfect location in the middle of the island away from the huge hotels. It's also very quiet which is hard to find at the beach. We will absolutely stay here again. We will bring extra bath towels next time, I did a lot of washing. There were 5 of us and 6 wash cloths. Beware, I washed white t shirts and they ended up with rust stains on them, of course they had to be the ones my kids had made at the Blue Wave :(

This is the 8th VRBO I've stayed at over the years. It was by far the best one. The layout of the condo is perfect. The large kitchen with big pantry and a view of the beach made cooking fun. We loved the bedrooms. They were big and having the bathrooms in between gave us all privacy. My husband is 6'3" and was pleasantly surprised to have a shower tall enough for him.The location is perfect. It's next to the pools and beach access. The beach path has a mat which made it easier for those of us with ankle issues to walk. The location is quiet and private. The only downside was having to leave at the end of our trip (we'd have stayed forever if we didn't have to go back to reality!). Before we even left my mom was making plans to come back to the same condo next year.

Amazing Condo, incredible host!

The condo was way bigger than we expected upon arrival! There was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the home. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes to be able to cook amazing meals. The view of the beach from the balcony is spectacular and just a few steps from the beach where we spent most of our time. The condo grounds are well kept and the on-site staff is also very accommodating. Communication with the host was outstanding! Any question we had, they were quick to answer and truly seemed to care that we had a great vacation. 10/10 recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway!

This is a beautiful property! It had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator a few steps from the front door. The walk to the beach is only 2 minutes. I read previous reviews that recommended taking additional toilet paper & paper towels, so we did that. The beach view from the balcony is amazing! The property was clean & the property manager made the check-in process a breeze. The property is in a gated community which is a plus! Overall rating 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, great unit, great weekend! The property manager was nowhere to be found on the 2 days I went to the office (when checking in and when checking out), but they were reachable by phone. The owner/host was very accessible & responsive. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Vacation was a Graduation Gift!

All four of our parents pitched in to buy this vacation week for the two of us. We both just graduated from college with our Masters degrees and this was their graduation gift to us. A great stay!

Overall the stay was great! We had everything that we needed (and more, so many kitchen utensils!). We were required to bring our own toilet paper, which I've never had to do before when renting. The property itself was wonderful. The condo is right on the beach, as well as close to everything beach related we could need. The beds in the second bedroom were a bit squeaky and uncomfortable, but the master was nice. In general we had a lovely stay, although I do wish that the host had given us a warmer welcome for a trip that we were so excited about.

For summer rental we get people that stay for 3,4 days and so many turnovers in a month. It is customary for vacation short term rentals to only provide enough toilet paper and paper towel for your arrival and then you get your own. There’s no way we can store enough to supply everyone for their duration. Besides, everyone’s usage is different.

Over all good stay

Awesome view & location. Kitchen well stocked..spacious unit with a great layout. My only complaint is it smells very musty in the unit & the all the beds need to be replaced VERY HARD and worn out. Very little extra bedding . The blu-ray player didn't work for us on the one rainy day we had to stay in. That being said the view and proximity to the ocean /beach more than made up for a few short comings.
