The house was just as it was described. Had a wonderful time with the family at both the pool and the beach. Lots of chairs and toys for the beach in the garage. Rooms were large and comfortable. Will definitely go back for another vacation. Found plenty of golf balls each morning in the back yard.

We had 8 people during our stay. The rooms were perfect for our needs. Everything was as expected. This is the 5th place we’ve stayed in Palmetto Dunes and my far the best of all. There were plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for our 5 year old granddaughter. Our 1 yo grandson had a fantastic time in the provided walker on the hardwood floors running up and down the hallways. They’re not kidding about the 2 minute walk to the beach either. Very convenient. In all we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The message board with a welcome message, water and snacks is a nice touch. We also loved the proximity to Coco’s On The Beach. No trip to HHI is complete without a gator sighting and PD did not disappoint. There was also an armadillo that crossed the bike trail for us too. It was too shy to pose for a photo. LOL.

The house was ideal for our group of 12 adults. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the proximity to the beach (less than 5-minute walk). The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great trip to Hilton Head (including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to transport everything). Private baths in all 6 bedrooms was a huge plus. The snack basket upon check-in was a nice touch. Overall a great stay and we would definitely rent this house again when we return to Hilton Head. Thanks!

I Night Harbor was the perfect house for our family of 12. The house was clean, well furnished, and an easy walk to the beach. Our family had a great time in the pool, at the beach and in the house conversing.

Family beach trip!

Wonderful beach house with open kitchen and living room area that overlooks the private pool. The space and bedrooms worked good for our multi family beach trip. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Close and easy walk to the beach access.

Our family loved this house! We have six adults and five kiddos, and it was perfect - plenty of space, and everyone had all the room they needed. We had a couple of very minor issues upon checking in - sets of missing towels in one of the primary bedrooms and a couple of loose brackets on two televisions. I called the host that evening, told him it wasn't urgent and could be taken care of the next day. He came the next day and took care of everything. Super nice and very respectful. Awesome communication and response to some small needs. Proximity to the beach was amazing and made it easy to come and go. Only recommendation would be some kind of handrail for entering and exiting the pool. It wasn't a problem for the kids and the young adults, but it was a little challenging for the two of us oldsters, one of us having had knee surgery recently. We had a great vacation and would highly recommend this property.

Really great house!

4 adult couples for a golf vacation. House is wonderful for large groups. Could not ask for anything better. Property Management is excellent and extremely responsive.

Great house. A short walk to the beach. The house is well equipped and well kept. The kids had fun with the foosball table upstairs. It’s a comfortable place for the family to hang out at the end of a nice beach day. We had three groups and evryone had their own space. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house for adult getaway in upscale Palmetto Dunes. Played golf, tennis and went to Jazz Corner

Perfect location! Had beautiful weather for our three night stay. Donna attentive to our one minor issue. Perfect size for our four adult couples. Will definitely stay there again if available for our annual couples getaway.

House layout fit our family to a T. Only complaint was finding out the cost to heat the pool would be $500 so we declined and our littles never got to use the pool.

Great pool & proximity to the beach access!

This was a great house for a multi-generation family vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We all enjoyed the large pool and the short walk to the beach. Ryan and Jon were very responsive answered all of our questions promptly.
