Total comfort!

This beautiful property had everything we wanted: spaciousness, privacy, plenty of bathrooms, comfortable beds, and luxurious amenities! The only thing that could have enhanced the experience was a bluetooth sound system. We had an amazing girl's weekend and will definitely come back with our families!

Great place to stay

This place is amazing. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of eight. We had everything we needed and then some. They supplied the house with plenty of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc., so we didn't have to go to the store for any of it. Very helpful in theses times. Attention to details like having enough outlets for all the devices we brought was wonderful. The view and upstairs outdoor area is perfect for hanging out enjoying family time conversations. The kitchen had great appliances and cookware. We didn't want for anything in that area either. The quantity of bathrooms is extremely nice with that many people. The house was very comfortable for eight people. Nine or ten would be cool too. We had four people in their 20's who stayed in the lower level that was fully supplied with two mini fridges, sink, dishes, glasses, pool table, etc.. perfect for them to play games, music, do their work, etc.. The 85 year olds stayed on the main floor which was perfect for limiting the stairs they'd have to climb. They couldn't hear anything going on bellow because the house is well built in that regard. The 60 year olds stayed up top. Couldn't ask for anything easier. It made for a very relaxing, easy time with family because everyone had their own space. The location is great too. Easy access to anything you'd need or anywhere you'd want to go. Again, that view....so relaxing. It was very quiet except for the ongoing Fourth of July celebrations. The yard is a hike down the stairs for letting the dogs out. Deer hang out in the yard too, so we needed to be aware of that with our dogs. It's all fenced with a somewhat open fence with wire down low. Plenty of area to play ball and let the dogs run around. Nicely kept lawn and plants makes it a beautiful, easy place for the pups. The only negatives were that the lower deck needs tending to which is not a major thing....just too much debris around. Two of the bedrooms do not have anywhere to hang or fold your clothes. Otherwise, a great stay! I would rather give this house a 4.5 but that wasn't available. We will hopefully get to stay here again!

Family Gathering Home

This house accommodated our family of 8 adults very well for a full week. The kitchen had adequate pans and utensils so we could cook large breakfasts and dinners.(We could have used a slightly larger fry pan, but we made it work.) The pool table, fireplace and large TV on the lower level made for fun evening gatherings after days of hiking and enjoying Bend and the surrounding area. The hot tub was a hit with a few of us and we enjoyed sitting on the deck for morning coffee and stargazing at night. We can't praise the property management company enough. We had a couple of issues and they resolved them immediately to our satisfaction, even though it was a Friday evening. Our only criticism of the house is that the deck is showing wear and the deck furniture, with the exception of the high-top table and chairs, is not in very good shape.

Great home with fantastic views

Extremely slow response and no follow through on problems with “arrived” property management. Too bad such a great property represented with a mediocre Mgt company From the mouse to the fireplace not worker to needing a plunger they were unconcerned and took 3-5 calls over 6-8 hours to get a response they were unconcerned. but reneithsllthst I would return as the homead view are worth it

Fantastic view

No closet space they were all locked. Nice open area on 1st floor and basement wonderful yard Could not get temperature control to work so warm night upstairs cold downstairs Maintenance needs help— fireplaces did not work they came out after maybe 3 calls but it did not stay fixed Until engineer friend arrived and fixed it. Dryer on main level takes 2-3hours to dry but a good one in the basement. “Arrived” the service company” I would change. Master toilet clogged and no plunger in the house we called and called andcalled and Called finally asked if they could bring a plunger they did, knocked on door handed in plunger and left never checked back to see if everything was ok. Carpet dirty. Stairs unbelievable dirty. Cleaning not good. I cleaned out silverware holder in drawer wow. Why don't they check things, This is an absolutely beautiful property location view open airy but needs attention from the service side customer service is not their forte, Also suggest the failing on deck should be checked for security some parts a little Recycle difficult had to have bags out on kitchen floor trash compactor takes up area for bends/sacks More clear instructions on thermostat which is controlled it says by remote downstairs never could get upstairs below 70. A very nice place could be made be made Great with s little closer management control.

Great location overlooking Bend

Rented this house for the weeks on either side of President's Day Holiday for friends of ours from Finland. Enough bedrooms for the entire family and room for relaxing after skiing. The girls really enjoyed the hot tub. Although we mostly ate dinners out and lunches at the mountain, the kitchen was nice to allow breakfasts at their own schedule. With it snowing almost every day, having the garage to park the car in overnight saved having to clean it off each morning. At night the city lights looked lovely. A very nicely decorated home - thanks for the opportunity to enjoy it.

Nice layout, loved the

Nice layout, loved the game area downstairs, gorgeous view. Nice & clean upon arrival. Only thing I would say is lacking are the linens & towels. They could be upgraded. It would be nice if more towels were provided also. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing house in a great location.

We had an amazing time in this home. Beautiful and perfectly equipped for a fun and eventful stay no matter the season. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing views and so close to everything. Highly recommend.

Great view, huge

Place is just as it looked - and very clean. Only note would be that it sounded like all bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and that is not the case. Neither of the two upstairs bedrooms had a bath, just one small one to share. But that said, the place was fantastic! Would absolutely stay there again!
