Dies ist Navarre Towers Unit 102.  Dies ist im Grunde eine brandneue Wohnung mit einer kompletten Renovierung und professionelle Einrichtung.  Das Layout ist ausgezeichnet - das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Kingsize-Bett mit vollem Badezimmer (renoviert). Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und Couch / Stuhl Doppelschlafsofa, zusätzlich haben wir einen wegrollen Zwilling, so dass die Wohnung bequem Platz für 6 Personen.   Diese Wohnung ist unter brandneuen Eigentum und bevor die Einheit wurde auf dem Mietmarkt platziert ein Auftragnehmer und professioneller Dekorateur wurden angestellt, um dies zu der schönsten Wohnung in dem Gebäude zu machen.  

Der Zugang zum Strand ist super! Sie verlassen die Schiebetüren zum Balkon und dann sind es ein paar Schritte durch die Rasenfläche bis zum Strand, über den Sie direkt in den Sand gehen.  Navarre Towers ist voll von ausgezeichneten Annehmlichkeiten.  Bitte werfen Sie einen Blick auf die Bilder.  Sie haben einen sehr großen Pool, Tennisplätze, einen Basketballplatz und ein Fitnessstudio.  Zusätzlich ist im Poolbereich ein gemeinsamer Grillplatz für Ihren Gebrauch vorhanden. Navarre Towers hat eine große Tradition als eine sehr gut gepflegt und familienfreundliche Eigentumswohnung Komplex und wir sind stolz, diese schöne Einheit für den anspruchsvollen Urlauber zu bieten.

Die maximale Belegung für dieses Gerät beträgt 6 und das Mindestalter beträgt 25 Jahre.  Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und voll möbliert, es sollte alles, was Sie für einen schönen Urlaub brauchen, haben.  Der Besitzer hat das WLAN aufgerüstet und wir bieten unseren Gästen kostenlosen WLAN-Zugang.  Dies ist die 2br Wohnung, die Sie gesucht haben und es wird keine Enttäuschungen mit der Entscheidung geben, diese Einheit zu buchen.   Diese Wohnung wird schnell ausverkauft sein, also zögern Sie nicht zu reservieren!

The actual location and interior of the unit was great! We loved being on the first floor and having the ocean so close. The location for unloading and loading belongings is also fantastic. Things we didn't love (and we are serial VRBO customers):Communication with property manager was just okay. Responses were typically short and didn't come across as warm/friendly. Also, we checked out a day early and got zero response to our text alerting them of that or that the keypad was acting up. Is there toilet paper less than 1ply? If so, we found it in this unit. Also, the towels were very cheap and thin (think 1 star hotel). Bring everything you think you'll need from home. I had read they don't supply any spices, but they do advertise a fully stocked kitchen. Zero tin foil or storage bags. Dull knives. Their "what to bring" list is not complete. If there is a way to filter priorities to only show owner operated units, I'll be doing that from now on. It's so much more of a personal feel when the people who own actually operate.

Perfect location and very clean!

We chose this condo because of the reviews of cleanliness and also being bottom level. The ease of getting to and from the beach was perfect. The kids could come and go. Not to mention being able to utilize the grassy area for football and baseball throwing. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful

This is a stunning condo located on Navarre beach. The condo is stunning. We loved everything about it. It is very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out was incredibly easy. We loved being on the first floor. You can be out to the beach and relaxing in a matter of seconds. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo Beautiful beach

This unit at Navarre Towers is beautiful and comfortable. Perfect location on Navarre beach. The kitchen had all we needed and had both a Keurig and a pot type coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Communicating with Debi at Gulf Coast Getaway was easy most efficient, she keep us updated and informed on everything. We had absolutely no issues and enjoyed our stay here.

All the codes! Entrance gate and codes were not correct for perspective areas. Property manager claims "the property changed them at the last minute" but clearly they were labeled (assigned to wrong areas)! Frustrating when you are on vacation and 4 codes have to be used to move about!

Mia-advertised and swindled by gulf coast getaways

The property is nice, the location is great. First floor Gulf of Mexico it is beautiful. I am very upset because I booked this apartment as it was listed with a Heated pool in the Amenities . I confirmed this on the phone with Debi from gulf coast getaways before adding extra days to my trip!!! She reconfirmed. We arrived and the pool wasn’t heated at all. We called Debi to which she replied she would check. 2 days later she finally gets back to us- tells us the pool is heated “seasonally”. Well 40 degrees in November seems like seasonally!! But they should never have advertised it as heated and confirmed it to us as clients. They did nothing to remedy the situation we are still waiting on a call from The owners. The apartment would be better off not being represented by gulf Coast getaways with their misinformation, dishonest answers, cheap towels, moldy shower and lack of sponges bc they are too tight. Maybe they could try Navarre Properties

This is not a fair review. The condo association has a heating system for the pool that raises the temperature about 10-12 degrees when there is mild weather (spring, late spring, fall) to increase the comfort level of the pool. There was a misunderstanding with this guest. Additionally, we refunded the guest 2 nights of their stay, complete refund. This is a hit job of a review. This is a beautiful beach front ground floor condo with excellent reviews and very well maintained. It is a shame to be sabotaged by guests in this manner especially after a generous refund which we did not have to offer. Future guests should ignore this blatantly ignorant review. Pretty but not super functional

This place was very nice in terms of location and decor. You can tell they put a lot of emphasis on making the condo look nice. Where it falls short is on functionality. There is basically no lighting in the primary bath, and the shower only has a hand held that is impossible to get to the right temperature. I tried switching to the hall bath one day but the water pressure from that shower head was unbearable. The kitchen is also extremely lacking in the things you need to actually cook. We had to buy salt and pepper, and there was one garbage bag for the trash can. Also, the ice machine in the fridge would not spit out ice; you had to open the freezer door and scoop it out. Two beach chairs were included which is really convenient, however most chairs are reserved for owners so you have to go out super early and grab some or be stuck on the second row. The beds were super comfy, and overall it was very quiet in the unit. Overall, we had a good experience staying here, but they need to step up their game on some additional amenities for the kitchen and maybe consider new shower heads for both baths.

Thank you for the review and constructive suggestions. We have not heard this complaint before about the shower heads, we will definitely investigate to see if there is an issue and if so we will come up with a fix! We do not leave any food products including spices, oil, etc - that is just standards expected of professionally managed properties. As far as kitchen amenities we will also take a look to see what may be lacking, if guest contact us during their stay about needing kitchen items we are very prompt on bringing out what may be missing/deficient. We enjoyed our stay. I think things can be updated and more kitchen linens could be added. Also the screen door heading to beach didn’t work so we missed having that open during day. We would definitely like to come back.
