The location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to Sagrada Familia in about 10 minutes and the Gothic quarter in about 30 minutes. It was perfect for 4 adults. The only downside was the furniture. It was not very comfortable for resting in the evenings. Other than that it was well stocked with everything we needed.

Cool apartment in good location. We felt the cleaning could have been a notch better. The main problem was a persistent odor. Kind of musty or maybe a mild sewer type smell. We were told this was caused by the recent heavy rains and flooding. That may be the case but it was annoying but not bad enough to make us need to move. Overall a decent place.

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable. We were only in Barcelona for a couple of days following a cruise and spent all of our time out and about. We were only in the apartment to shower and sleep, so I really can't comment on any other features of the apartment. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure, so it met all our needs.The surrounding neighborhood had everything that we needed and we were able to walk to everything.Booking, check-in and communication were great!

It was cool and charming. The location is walkable to transportation and local restaurants. We got to check in a bit early which was helpful. It had all the promised amenities and we were very comfortable. The manager was helpful and responsive.

The apartment was comfortable but more dated than the photos make it appear. However, it's perfectly located and easy to access. It was clean and, for the most part, quiet. The main issue we had was a persistent sewer smell that, while not overwhelming, was quite unpleasant. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Liliana, the manager in charge of the apartment was very efficient and kind when we needed any help. Check in was smooth with leaving our bags in their storage until CI time. The apartment has central AC that works very well and is very comfortable with a full kitchen. The location was great, walking distance to Sagrada Familia but also on plenty of bus routes. The apartment is on the second floor with stairs up to the elevator. It was no problem and we used the stairs most of the time. There are restaurants and most amenities nearby.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated air conditioning in the unseasonably hot summer month of August. Foam pillows on the beds are remarkable. I want to get the same, once I return home.It was well supplied with dishes, silverware and seasonings such as salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, also tea and instant coffee. The location served us well as it is a short walk away from La Sagrada Familia, La Casa Batllo, and city bus routes.I was disappointed in the dirty floor. After walking barefoot on it one evening, my feet were filthy. I bought socks to use as slippers thereafter.In all, it was a comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful apartment right in the center of Barcelona, walking distance to everything. Host was wonderful, very welcoming and great communication . Check in check out seamless . Apartment was really clean and had all necessary equipments to make the stay more comfortable. The only thing which I guess is everywhere you stay in Barcelona is a bit of unpleasant smell . But once you are inside the apartment for a while it kinda goes away and don’t smell it . I would book this listing again and would recommend to family and friends.

Apartment was exactly as described and in a perfect location for exploring the city. We were able to walk to Park Guell and Sagrada Familia and there were several excellent restaurants and coffee places nearby. Communication was easy, the Host was accommodating and easy to reach.
