We have a double bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray, as well as a kitchen where you can have everything necessary to make your stay a complete experience. It also has a relaxation area with a sofa that turns into a sofa bed, so you have 2 differentiated spaces. Large windows that have great entry of natural light during most of the day.

The apartment shows the beauty of the old style with these impressive ceilings but with a modern and cosy decoration, making you feel super homely.

The apartment has wifi for our customers and air conditioning in the living room and also heating. We also have a washing machine to use during your stay.

Public transport is at street level and the metro is a few minutes from the apartment.

This apartment is located near one of the cultural arteries of the city of Barcelona: Paral·lel Avenue. From the late 19th century until 1970, it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls, and theatres such as the Condal Theatre, the Victoria Theatre, and the Apolo Theatre, which continue to offer shows. The Catalan "Broadway" is full of charm and although it is no longer the same as before, it continues to offer a wide variety of activities and entertainment.

Parallel also offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where to have a drink, discos and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural panorama.

- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it

-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.

- Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros

- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.

- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).

The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
