Sea Gem (oder Emerald Waters 101, wie wir es nennen) ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern am Old Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach, FL. Diese hübsche, strandnahe Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über Fliesenböden, geräumige Granitoberflächen mit Frühstückstheke sowie eine große Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Mit einem King-Size-Bett im Master-Zimmer, einem Twin-Size-Bett über dem Etagenbett mit einem zusätzlichen Twin-Rollbett im ersten Zimmer und einem King-Size-Bett im zweiten Zimmer können Sie bequem bis zu 8 Gäste beherbergen. Sie und Ihre Gäste haben 3 private Badezimmer zur Mitbenutzung, jedes mit einem eigenen Waschtisch und einer Dusch- / Badewannen-Kombination. Annual Family Trip

This is the easiest stay in Destin! The location is amazing. Right in the center of everything. The rooms were big as well as the bathrooms. Perfect for our family. The kitchen helped for quick lunches and two nights of dinner. Walking distance to Pompano Joe's, Alvin's is right across the street, beach access is at the corner, and the pool is right there. It could not get any easier. Can't wait to come back!

Loved it!!!!

The condo is beautifully decorated. I have small children and I was skeptical about the unit being across from the beach but the walk to the beach took no time. Ms. Janet was very accommodating and the kids love the welcome treats. We cooked alot and the condo was fully equipped. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kids love the bunk beds. Look forward to stay again in the future.

Great first floor corner unit. Spacious and wel equipped. Nice decor. Great location. Easy beach access. Caution to those who have trouble with stairs - beach may be out of the question for you. All nearby beach access requires a flight + of stairs. So nice they provided beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Would recommend .

Hi Trina, Thank you for the lovely review on your stay. All of our units are fully stocked and prepared for any essentials a guest could need. The majority of Destin's private beaches have stairs to get to the beach because of the protective sand dunes behind the properties. Yes, every unit is stocked with two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cooler. There is also beach service down at our beaches. We hope to see you again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been traveling to Destin for the last 8 years over fall break and this was our favorite rental so far. Great location within walking distance of pompano joes, Alvin’s, Bad *** coffee, and our favorite Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream! The rooms each had a private bath, the kids bedroom was perfect for our kids, including our 2 year old that slept on the trundle bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Holiday Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some minor repairs could be made to make the place better. Water damage in one of the bedrooms next to the shower/behind toilet, master bed a bit uncomfortable, sofa and loveseat aged.We never could get the living room TV to work.

Way more than I could have imagined.

Emerald Waters condo is my favorite place to stay when when are in Miramar Beach area! This is my 4th time. The beach is right across the street. Alvin's Island is next door. It is quiet but close to everything. However, we have gone from 2 to 7. Those accommodations were easy for this condo. The decor was lovely, the arrangements of everything were lovely. Everything was clean. There were plenty of towels. We had a great experience here. Will def be coming back!

Clean, spacious condo with a great location!

We had a great time during our stay at Emerald Waters! It was beautifully decorated & very clean. There were snacks and beverages awaiting us when with we arrived as a welcome gift. The location was perfect! Being the corner condo on the first floor allowed us easy access to the pool & the beach. You only have to walk a few steps to cross the road to enter the beach through a private access gate. Even on Memorial Day weekend our section of the beach was not very crowded. It was so nice of Ms. Janet to have beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards available in the condo for us to use. We contacted her a couple of times over the weekend to ask questions & she was quick to respond and very helpful. We would recommend this condo 100% to anyone.

Not a great experience

Floor was very dirty with full of sand. We cleaned floor for one hour after checking. No internet for 24 hours. I won’t recommend this place.

Wow! This condo is like walking into the pages of a magazine...beautiful!

Our family, along with another family, spent Spring Break here and it was one of the best, if not THE best vacations we have ever been on! The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location to the beach is perfect! The Johnson's provided beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and an ice chest. We used these everyday when we walked the short 300 feet to the private beach. Janet was very helpful in recommending restaurants & the shopping favorites of the locals. It was wonderful to be able to come back after a long day at the beach or sightseeing to the spacious & relaxed setting this condo offers. Having 5 women in our group we especially enjoyed the fact that each room has it's own full bathroom! I can not tell you enough what an amazing place this is and how accommodating the owners are from the very beginning through the end. If you choose to stay here for your next vacation l promise you will have no regrets!
