It's hard to go wrong with a townhome in Destin….especially one just 100 steps from the sand. “This location is quite ideal” Pinkie Flamingo thought as she entered the tidy community known as Costa Vista. Conveniently situated along Florida's Scenic Hwy 98, the world-class shopping and dining opportunities of Destin were all within easy reach. “I can even walk to some of the best Gulf-front seafood restaurants!” Pinkie mused. This is really quite fabulous. Add the pizzazz of a professional decorator's touch and… Ou La La! Pinkie opened the front door and made her way inside.

Level Two
Hopping up the flight of steps and into the main living area of the house, Pinkie was pleased to find a large open space with a super comfy-looking sofa and sliding glass doors opening onto balcony. A huge fan of natural light, Pinkie knew that her guests here would appreciate the uplifting effect the streaming sunshine always had on a room and a mood. The large flatscreen TV had local cable as well and Pinkie noted the sofa could easily be made into a Queen-size sleep space.
The updated kitchen with its stainless appliances appealed to Pinkie and she appreciated the large counter space which combined a workspace and a breakfast bar with 3 stools on one side. This kitchen seems to have it all…glass-cooktop, oven, microwave, drip coffee-maker and even a Keurig. The large stainless fridge stood ready to be filled with yummy delectables and favorite beverages.

Level Three King master suite with its own private furnished balcony with peak-a-boo Gulf view makes this master penthouse quite heavenly. Attached master bathroom with tile walk-in shower and stylish coastal furnishings are accommodating to ay the least. Secondary bedroom features Queen bed and full over full built-in bunks. Fun!
Community extras include a deeded beach access with boardwalk and a seasonally heated swimming pool. The single car pull under assures room to store beach gear and extra parking.
