Diese Unterkunft befindet sich im Windsor Palms Resort (FLORIDAS PREMIER VACATION SPOT) direkt am Highway 192 (West) in der Nähe des World Drive. Das Haus liegt in einer Gated Community mit einem 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, weniger als 8 km von Disney, 25 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen, 15 Minuten von Sea World und 20 Minuten von den Universal Studios entfernt. Weniger als 5 Minuten von der neuen Margaritaville (Eröffnung Frühling 2019). Mystic Dune Golf Course befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Windsor Palms Eingang.

Diese neu renovierte Villa verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. King-Size-Master-Schlafzimmer mit Bad mit Blick auf den privaten Pool und Whirlpool, Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Etagenbett Schlafzimmer (Twin oben mit voller unten). Waschküche direkt an der Küche (Waschmaschine und Trockner). Eat-In Küche und formeller Essbereich. Wohnzimmer mit Schiebetüren zu Ihrem eigenen Pool und Whirlpool. Pool und Whirlpool (ohne Aufpreis für Beheizte) Pool-Tabelle in voller Größe in der Garage befindet. Propan Gas Grill und ein Holzkohlegrill ist vorhanden. (Propan und Kohle wird nicht mitgeliefert)

HD-TV im Wohnbereich, 32 Zoll im Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Kostenlose Nutzung von DVDs, Videos, Brettspielen und Lesebüchern. KOSTENLOSES WIRELESS INTERNET im Haus.
Die Villa verfügt über einen eigenen beheizten / beleuchteten beheizten Pool und Whirlpool mit Gartenmöbeln und eine große Auswahl an Pool-Unterhaltung für jedes Alter. Dieser Poolbereich ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat tagsüber die volle Sonne. Sehr leid, aber Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, Rauchen in der Eigenschaft.

This house was absolutely perfect for our Disney vacation for our family of four for a week. Our teenagers each had their own room. Everything we needed was at the house, there was nothing that we were ever missing or looking for.Communication with the hosts was great and all instructions were clearly stated.Location is perfect, as we were never more than 15 minutes from any Disney park or property.The house and pool were very clean and towels and sheets are provided. Getting through security and the gates was not ever a problem. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Although we never used the clubhouse, it is nice to have as an amenity.We did use the pool and hot tub at the house on our days off from parks.The house was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay and great communication with Tom and Kim before during and after. The villa was very homely with plenty of facilities and supplies between sports equipment and every kitchen facility you required. Pool was lovely and warm and with the added bonus of a stand alone Jacuzzi which was ideal when you returned from the parks with sore feet.It is very near Disney (around 10-15mns) and the pool is South facing and gets the sun from early till late. Would certainly stay again, it is a lovely gated community with lots of facilities for kids, only very small gripe was the sun loungers were poor quality but did not detract from a wonderful stay in a beautiful and excellent villa.

The house was exactly as depicted in photos and the clubhouse was a great plus. I had regular contact with Kim the house owner and she was very prompt in responding. Overall, we loved it and would stay again if the opportunity presented itself!

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in July/August. The house was in excellent condition and well maintained. We have stayed in numerous villas on Windsor Palms over the years and find the location excellent.This home was spacious and great for our family and had everything we needed in terms of utensils and towels. The pool was great and we enjoyed spending quality time around it whilst resting from park activity.Broadband and TV channel selection was excellent.We had no issues with the villa and would book again. The hosts provided all details for access clearly and were on hand for any questions.Great vacation.

Everything you could wish for!

What can I say? Everything about the villla, location, community and amenities were all excellent as was the communcation with Tim and Kim answering any queries we had before our arrival. Very easy to find and check in was very smooth, even at the time we finally arrived after midnight.Great location, easy to navigate to from the airport and close enough to all the parks and other fun stuff besides.Highly recommended!

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful besides it raining on us a few days. Didnt let it get us down. The home is beautiful and is within a couple min drive from walmart and all kinds of restaurants, gift shops. Owners and very responsive to any questions or concerns you have. We are a family of 5 and there is plounty of space in the home for everyone to be comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication with the hosts, clean, well equipped home with the perfect pool and hot tub. Home is in a quiet community and perfect location for travel to the parks. Thank you!

What a great place to stay

We had a great week in Florida. The house was so cozy and had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were great for evenings. Would recommend to anyone

Anniversary trip

Beautiful Villa in a great location. The hot tub was a welcoming way to relax at the end of a busy day at the parks. Hosts were in good contact and generous in supplies at the Villa. Highly recommend 🤗

Excellent Property p

This property was excellent, a home from home. It was very well equipped and comfortable for a family of five. It is is very close to the Disney parks which took the stress out of travelling. Being a gated community made us feel very safe. Would definitely stay here again and owners were great with their communication.

Perfect rental

My family stayed here for our Universal and Disney trip. It was absolutely perfect from the pool to the hot tub to the comfort of the beds. Very clean house. Highly recommend and will definitely book again on our next Florida vacation!

My parents have rented this home for the past couple of years from John. This past time my husband and I went to join them for a week after hearing such wonderful things about the area. We had made the decision that we wanted to purchase a home that would allow my parents to spend some time out of our long New England winters. After researching multiple resort communities and viewing many homes, the 4 of us decided that the home we were in was what we all wanted. My Mom sent a message to John to ask if he thought of maybe selling. Much to our delight, his answer was Yes. So we are now proud owners of this wonderful vacation home.

John has rented this home for many years and has a list of repeat renters just like my parents. We intend to keep up the wonderful hospitality that John offered. So with that, we would Love for You to Be Our Guests.

The location and the resort community are what makes this vacation home unique. Within a half hour from leaving a major attraction you could be back at your vacation home, in your bathing suit hanging out at your private pool and hot tub, relaxing after a long day at the park. If the kids still have any energy left they can be swimming, or playing games at the house, or up to the club house for many activities (game room, playground, basketball, volley ball, tennis).

If you are a Golfer there are many Golf courses around. Mystic Dune Golf Course is right across the road from Windsor Palms.

If you love the beaches, this location is centrally located to get to the Atlantic side for Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach (1 hr 20 min) or to the Gulf side for beautiful Clearwater Beach (1 hr 50 min)
