Great Place

We have been coming to Kiawah for a couple years but Dunlin Ct was the perfect location. Proximity to the beach but also the front gate was great for a family that likes to venture to different places to eat, shop and do activities.

Love this spot

This is our 2nd year in a row at this property. It is perfect for our family of four for everything from layout to distance from the beach. Very comfortable.

Great stay at Coastal Calm

The house looked just as it did in the pictures. We checked in after dark so we were pleasantly surprised when we woke up in the morning to see the golf course. Beautiful view and the beach was just a short walk away

Good stay for golf!

Good location to Kiawah Island courses. House had basic items and pretty clean just had to touch up some. Not too many steps to unit and on the end with ample parking. Overall good stay and would stay again.

Golf Getaway for Dad's Birthday

The property was recently renovated and there was not a single detail overlooked. Everything was perfect. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes, beds were perfect, and the house was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. We can't wait to visit again!!

Great condo in great location

Really nice condo. Everything was newly updated and decorated. TV's and WIFI worked well. Very clean and had absolutely everything needed in the kitchen, laundry rooms, and bathrooms. Very well done. Thanks!

Beach Retreat

Great location near beach. Unit has one of the best kitchens and dining rooms we have seen. Good bedrooms. A bit funky mattress toppers but ok overall. Livingroom comfortable for several people. Faces golf course and bike path so privacy not very serene (like places with lagoon views) but this really isn’t a big issue. Was quiet.

Well Appointed Kiawah Rental

As a group of 6 adults in town for a beach wedding, this was an ideal accommodation. All the little things (like dish soap, shampoo, etc) are there for guests' convenience. Our friends noted that there were hairdryers in every bathroom and plenty of plush bath towels. The upstairs King bed was about as comfy as they get. The only item that the house did not have were beach towels so you may want to pack those.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa is perfect. We stayed with 2 toddlers, 2 parents and a nanny and had plenty of room. The kids loved the back deck. The kitchen is more than well stocked. The villa is incredibly clean, walking distance to ospreys club house for meals, close to the beach and close to downtown. We’ve rented thru pretty much every property manager on the island including the resort and including million dollar homes and this is by far the cleanest and most well stocked home we’ve ever rented. The home was also ready on time which shockingly we have yet to experience thru other property managers, resort included.

We enjoyed watching golfers pass by on the comfortable back porch. Only a five minute and an easy walk to the beach with boardwalk access. The West Beach location is convenient to the front gate and saves time driving off the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at this villa again!

We rented beach equipment and it was waiting for us upon arrival. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and a few of us went alligator hunting. We found two alligators in the pond! Great family vacation!
