Praktisch für Familientreffen, Seminare oder Yoga oder Rückzugsorte für die persönliche Entwicklung, großer Aktivitätsraum, Pool und Spa. Wir beherbergen keine Hochzeiten.

Nach unserer preisgekrönten und geliebten Villa Casa le Pigne (Ref. 607748) haben wir im 2018 ein wunderschön restauriertes Podere (Bauernhof) aus dem 17. Jahrhundert mit 5 komfortablen Apartments eröffnet: Das Podere La Valle.
Das Podere bietet alles, worauf Sie geträumt haben: ein großer Pool, ein Spa (Whirlpool, Hammam und IR-Sauna), 120 Hektar Wald und die Toskana zu Ihren Füßen. Wir können von 16 Personen in Betten (+ 3 Extra Betten) bis 22 mit Sofabetten und Mezzaninen unterbringen. Die 40 qm. Lounge als 24 + Esszimmer und eine professionelle Küche. Kann auch als bequemer Platz zum Ausruhen, Fernsehen oder Lesen eines Buches eingerichtet werden.
Nür für Yoga und Meditation: Die 60 qm. Raum "ONDA" kann jede Art von Sitzung veranstalten.
Oder ein lokales Netzwerk kümmert sich um alle Notwendigkeiten für Ausflug, Besuch, Reise in die reiche Toskana.
Jedes Apartment verfügt über antike Möbel, bequeme Betten, 1 oder 2 Bäder, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, WLAN, einen offenen Kamin und Fußbodenheizung. Eines ist voll PRM.
Das 150 ha große Grundstück bietet Gelegenheit für viele Waldspaziergänge und die Entdeckung der toskanischen Wildnis.
Ihre Gäste haben das ganze Jahr über Zugang zum Pool (14x6 m) von Juni bis Ende September und zum Spa (Whirlpool, IR-Sauna und Dampfbad). Der Pool ist mit einem Aufzug für Behinderte ausgestattet.
Unser Podere ist 40 Minuten von Florenz und 30 Minuten von Siena entfernt. Das nächste Dorf (Castellina in Chianti) ist 7 km entfernt. Dort finden Sie einen kleinen Supermarkt, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Vinotheken, Banken, Geldautomaten und 8 Restaurants. Hoher Komfort auf dem Land: Schwimmbad, Spa und schöner Garten mit Grill, Petanque, Darts und Waldspaziergängen.

We had a beautiful holiday at this wonderfull place from Jerome! The appartements are very well equipped, clean and the villa itself is absolutely amazing! Staff is also nice and very helpfull. The massive pizza oven is perfect if you do pizza for a whole group of people. Full recommendation!

Another amazing stay

This was the second time visiting this beautiful property. It is perfect for a large group and provides absolutely everything that you could need. Our stay at Podere la Valle was exceptional! The apartments are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The location was perfect for day trips to Florence, Siena, and Cinque Terre. After a long day of sight seeing we enjoyed relaxing by the pool or at the spa. The restaurants nearby were outstanding! The local Co-op was perfect for groceries Jerome and Yasmine were very helpful throughout our stay!

Amazing stay

Podere Le Valle is the most picturesque and well thought out accommodation I have ever seen. The photos simply can not accurately express the natural beauty of the villa and surroundings. We were a group of 18 and had plenty of space to feel as though we were on our own holidays however still enough room for us to come together in the communal spaces. The spa, pool and kitchen were perfectly designed. We loved having a tour of the aromatherapy oils that are produced on site as well. Jerome was an amazing host. Highly Recommend

Perfect for our small wedding in Tuscany!

My wife and I held our wedding at Podere la Valle and it was absolutely perfect! Our 23 other guests were able to stay with us for 5 nights and enjoy everything the villa has to offer -- homey apartments, spa, infinity pool, darts, bocce ball, hiking trails, and more. We were able to find beautiful spaces for the wedding ceremony, reception, and dinner, and our caterers had access to everything they needed, including an outdoor wood-burning pizza oven! Jerome and his team have done an absolutely incredible job with the place and have already thought of everything you might need. Can't emphasize enough how amazing it was to celebrate our special day here!

Outstanding experience

Top! The structure, recently renewed, is made of 7 fully furnished apartments (6 out of 7 in same building) and one common large lounge area linked with a fully equipped professional kitchen. On top, a right sized while very nice SPA and, on demand, a large yoga room. The structure is located in a perfect while silent location 30 mins far from Siena, San Gimignano and other Chianti locations. The host has been very available and has timely while effectively managed any need! All in all, definitely recommended!!

Amazing house in amazing location.

I booked this house for a personal development retreat with a group of 12 people. The space was amazing with 5 large spacious apartments surrounding the main building, which could easily hold more than double the size of our group. The property is beautiful and well restored with a central dining area in the main house for our group to come together, in addition to a large fantastic spa and a beautiful yoga room / multifunctional large meeting space. There is wonderful nature completely surrounding the property and it is so quiet that you feel very detached from normal life :) We hired a private chef for the week (Angiola) who was lovely and very accommodating to the dietary needs of our group. The food was healthy, tasty and nothing was wasted. Overall we all had a fantastic time at this magical property and hope to return soon!

Perfekter Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir haben mit 5 Familien, davon 11 Kinder zwischen 3 und 17 eine Woche in der Podere La Valle verbracht. Es gab nichts zu kritisieren, ein perfekter Urlaub mit Freunden. Der wunderschöne Infinity Pool wurde intensiv genutzt, die hervorragend ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche und der Grill eigneten sich bestens zur Vorbereitung gemeinsamer Mahlzeiten, die wir auf den Terrassen der wunderschön gepflegten Anlage genossen haben. Zudem Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Siena, Florenz, San Gimignano, Volterra oder eine Wanderung zur Weinprobe bei einem nahe gelegenen Weingut. Gastgeber Jerome stand bei Fragen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wonderful vacation

We were a group of 25 friends and stayed for 9 days at 'Castellina in Chianti'. Everything was just perfect! The accommodations were beautiful, several houses with lovely bedrooms. The grounds are just stunning, with flowers everywhere, a beautiful infinity pool, a indoor spa for rainy days, several hiking paths leading around the property and a seperate yoga space! Jérôme was very franky and helpful with any kind of question or concern f.e. finding a chef to arrange a beautiful dinner on the grounds of the Villa. We would love to stay there again another time.

Soggiorno Fantastico

Abbiamo trascorso dal 30/12 al 04/01 le nostre vacanze affintando l'intera struttura. Eravano in 23 ,sei famiglie comodamente sistemati nei sei appartamenti del PODERE. Sin da subito l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Yasmine ci ha reso il soggiorno unico. Poi la SPA a nostra completa disposizione giorno e notte ci ha consentito di rilassarci al rientro delle nostre visite nei dintorni. La cucina professionale completa di ogni confort ci ha permesso di condividere diverse cene tutti insieme. Abbiamo usufruito del tavolo da ping pong,campo di bocce e freccette. I bambini di tutte le età si sono divertiti e gli adulti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Vorremmo tornarci durante il periodo estivo per poter usufruire anche della piscina esterna. Abbiamo conosciuto Jerome il proprietario che ci ha fatto una sorpresa venedoci a trovare in cucina. Andremo a trovarlo nella nuova struttura quando sarà pronta. Consigliatissimo!!!

50th Anniversary Celebration

Our visit was spectacular. The property is in a beautiful location, includes comfortable well designed spaces, many amenities, and is exceptionally well maintained. We were there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family of 17, including our 3 children and their families of 5 each. It was enjoyed by all. Plenty of space to gather as a large group for meals and recreation activities or just to be alone for a while. The lounge was popular with the grandchildren to play games. The large infinity pool was likely the most enjoyable feature for everyone to relax or have fun. The entire villa was available to us, which allowed each individual family to have a separated apartment for down time, sleeping and preparing smaller meals. We couldn't have selected a better site nor a better host. Having Jerome on site, when needed, was greatly appreciated. He was also a great resource for becoming acquainted with the area. As one of our children said, the villa made the whole experience magical!

Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu incroyable

Tout commence par une communication ultra fluide avec Jerome qui est vraiment à l’écoute et était très claire dans les différentes prestations de la maison ainsi que les choses à faire dans la région. La maison est incroyablement belle avec définitions magnifiques et dans un cadre idyllique en plein milieu d’une nature sans pareil. Un confort digne d’un grand hôtel, Mais avec l’âme et le charme de la grande demeure Toscane. Superbe SPA où nous avons passé des moments agréables une grande salle à manger où tous les convives ont pu se réunir, un lieu parfait pour y passer du temps entre amis et en famille et profiter de la beauté de la nature des environs sur les différents parcours que propose le site Le mélange parfait pour un séjour inoubliable. Heaven on Earth

I'm really not sure where to begin; to put it simply, I didn't want to leave, ever. I would have been quite happy taking up residency, eating Angela's delicious food and walking the properties trails forever. We were a group of 12 women who stayed on the property for 6 days before leaving to run in the Florence half marathon. There was more than enough space for everyone. We did daily yoga in the yoga room and Jerome provided everything you could possibly need; mats, blocks, blankets. We did many of the hikes and the paths were well marked. We even spent one morning foraging for herbs and wild asparagus. We took full advantage of the spa and all it had to offer. I highly recommend using Angela to cook your meals. Everyone agreed that her lasagna was the best meal of our entire trip. I am keeping my fingers crossed that she will create a cookbook that I can purchase. Jerome could not have been more responsive or helpful. I look forward to coming back in the near future with another group. The property is truly heaven on earth.

A stunning gem in the hills of tuscany for our fitness & yoga retreat

We stayed in this beautiful location and it was nothing short of perfect for our Amity Fitness Yoga & Fitness retreat. We had the entire space to ourselves and couldn't fault the accommodation, location, or service we received. As we run 1 - 2 retreats each year, we feel we have somewhere we can go back to again and again to give our members a fantastic experience, to which all 20 fed back to us on our departure today. We had the best time, and we will be going back

I'm Jerome, 67, I live part time in Castellina and part time in Brussels, Belgium. Education in Law and Criminology in UCL (Leuven) and Montreal, Canada.
In Tuscany I'm now a farmer : I grow aromatics herbs strictly (and certified) organic : Lavender, Everlasting (or Curry plant), Melissa, Verbena, Rosemary, Cistus and Sage. I distillate them to produce exceptional essential oils and hydrosols. My products are distributed in boutiques in Brussels.
In Brussels I have a small lab making organic cosmetics under the label "Immortelle de Toscane", where I use my essential oils and other organic ingredients to produce niche products with genuine receipts : Anti-Aging cream, Sensitive Skin balm, Hand Care balm, Body oil...
I love nature and culture, and therefore is Tuscany a perfect match.

The Podere exhale a exciting a unique historical smell : 1000 years ago pilgrims travelled the property and rest in a small "hospital" (visible ruins 300m from the house).
In the forest you will see wild boards and roes. Since summer 2017 we can sometimes listen the wolf's howling. Nice views on the Chianti landscape, one of the most beautiful in Europe.

The Podere is a jewel in this area. Very comfortable accommodation, fit for everybody. During the family reunion, everybody has his own appartement and can share less or more moments. The 2 apartments on the first floor have a dedicated space outside the take a luncher a dinner. The external large pool or the spa (depending of the season) allow you fun and relax.
And the Chianti : the famous Chianti Classico wine, the tasteful restaurants (from a bistro to 1 star), the kindness of the people. Filomena, keep the house, can cook for you (on demand) and will help you the make your journey unforgettable.
