Die fünfte Etage bietet endlos erscheinende Ausblicke nach Osten und Westen entlang der Insel Okaloosa. Dieses Ferienobjekt Strand in Gulf Dunes bietet ausreichend Platz für 6-8 Personen. Flachbildfernseher in jedem Zimmer machen es einfach, sich zu entspannen.

Das Wohnzimmer grenzt an den Balkon zur Strandseite mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Sofa und der Stuhl bieten bequem Platz für 4 Personen und zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten in der Nähe am Esstisch. Teppichboden ist ein bequemer Ort für die Kinder zum Spielen. Ein großer Flachbildfernseher mit Digitalkabel bietet Unterhaltung für die ganze Familie.

This property has an excellent view with easy access to the pool and gulf. An added bonus was the beach umbrellas and chairs that were provided. It’s also close to a grocery store and some nice restaurants. We loved the understated, beachy decor, and unlike some properties, it has curtains, which is important to us for privacy as well as providing a dark environment for sleeping. The only thing that was lacking in the kitchen was a corkscrew. Everything else was provided. The condo could also use some updating in terms of the mattresses, and the couch in the living room was very dirty and either needs to be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful condo.

Our family of four really enjoyed staying in this condo. The view is exceptional, all bedrooms and baths provided everything we needed, and the kitchen accommodated well. We thought the trash chute being right outside the unit would be loud and distracting but it wasn't, just convenient for us. We loved the pools and beach access and having dinner next door at Beal House with beachside live music was a highlight of our trip. And twice we ordered Stewbie's to go and enjoyed it on the balcony together. Can't wait to stay here again!

This condo was great for my family of 6. Beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure, right by the elevator, carts are available to load things on to bring up or down, pool was always clean, balcony was huge. Check in was a breeze, we had absolutely no complaints. You couldn't ask for a better location, beautiful beach, and great restaurants within walking distance.

Summer Vacay

My family and I had a great time! The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The management company was wonderful as well. Communication was easy, and they were even kind enough to mail my toddlers pillow to us after we accidentally left it behind! Great experience overall and we will be back. :)

Honestly, it was fine, but having stayed in multiple VRBO’s on Okaloosa over the last 5 years, it was the most expensive but the smallest of the group. The finishings were fine but not what I would expect for the price point. The televisions (2) have cable, but no firestick or capability to connect to our own apps or even an inexpensive dvd or blu-ray player with an even modest selection of movies. The furniture looks nice but isn’t comfortable, and their “rules” were so stringent that I spent the entire trip stressed about even using the towels (makeup on towels was considered property damage, so imagine my panic when my daughter cut herself and got blood on a towel). I understand the need to protect the property but it was not a vacation for me as anytime we were in the room, I was picking up and cleaning.If we hadn’t stayed in others, previously, so know the market, maybe I wouldn’t have noticed. If you’re not spending any time in the room, it’s probably fine for you. We take that time to rest and refresh so we like to go to the beach or local attractions during the day and then stay in, eat, watch movies, etc… That was not extremely enjoyable in this unit. That being said, the beach is always beautiful and I did like the storm shutters that I could close just enough that I didn’t get wet while sat on the balcony to watch a storm come in.

Had a wonderful vacation at Gulf Dune 413! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking pots, pans, trays, utensils, etc, needed to make cooking so easy! The property is clean and well kept. The decor in the condo was bright and beautiful and the view was amazing !! Sunset Resorts was very helpful and friendly!

Great Vacation Spot

Changed our normal Florida vacation from Indian Rocks to Okaloosa Island. Great beaches with excellent access from condo. Excellent food nearby. Unit had a broken ceiling fan light and the service guy was there immediately to repair. Unit was nice/clean and worked well for 6 of us staying there. Was the 3rd time we've stayed in Gulf Dune and probably more in our future.

Amazing Vacation!

Not much bad to say, especially when the weather was so enjoyable and almost perfect in our eyes! Only three minor downsides...no can opener in the kitchen (everything else you might need/want), WiFi did not function properly (would not let multiple devices to connect at once), and the carpets could use a good cleaning. Other than those minor things, the condo was great for our group of 8 (2 adults, and 6 young adults from 18-24). Will definitely stay here again!

Spring getaway!

Very nice unit. Well stocked with any cooking utensil you might need. Lots of dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable and we all appreciated the dishwasher packets, laundry detergent provide by the host. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great condo experience.

Overall, a great experience

We started in one unit, but the air conditioning wasn’t working. After an uncomfortable first night, we were moved to a different unit (which was a necessary pain). The rental company did everything they could to make our trip a good experience. No one can foresee this type of problem, but Sunset Resort Rentals was wonderful to work with - even giving us a return of one night’s rental fee. Overall, it was an excellent vacation!!

Very nice

I would of gave 5*, but the charge for cleaning was quite a bit higher than most places we have stayed charges. The cost to stay a week was also more expensive. Other than that, it was very clean and a very nice condo.
